I first bought it because it has the viewing window so you know when it is out of food. I ended up returning it only because it was so big that my one cat would probably eat for a month or two on the size of the container and I would rather have a size that I would fill every week for fresher food and be able to see when it is empty. May buy the smaller one.

This is great! Perfect for portion control with my little plump boy! Especially since my previous cat had diabetes and I definitely want to keep him healthy! Love the Pavlovian response when it dispenses his food. Had for about a month and it’s easy to set up. Also has a battery backup with a battery life indicator.

I decided on this feeder after reading the reviews. I did not find it hard to program. The instructions were easy to follow. I didn’t bother recording my voice. My cat runs to eat as soon as she hears the food hit the bowl. Also someone in another comment mentioned the portion size is 1/6 of a cup. That helped me determine how much to give my cat. I giver her max 3 portions, which is 1/2 cup, per feeding. I also like the option to give portions manually as well. The only drawback is I would like to have some type of bell to alert when the food is low because I don’t always pay attention.

I ordered this feeder after seeing it recommended by a YouTuber, and it has been a great purchase! It wasn’t extremely clear how much was in each portion, but I got out a measuring cup and easily figured it out. It also holds a lot more food than I expected. I would definitely recommend this to anyone with a small dog or cat.

Went together easily. programming was a bit clunky, but all devices have clunky till you are used to it program. Works fine. Allows us to have people check our cats when we are gone less frequently. And the cats like it. Which after all, is the primary thing. Well, that and us not being awakened early for food...

The portions are perfect for my Slim. He’s a happy boi. He’s also very smart! I had to tape paper over the buttons after he learned how to give himself portions. Other than that, super satisfied with the product.

They don’t tell you what a portion size is and that you have to figure out for yourself. My cat needs somewhere between one and two portions so he’s getting a little chubby because I gave him two portions which is a little too much. It would also be nice if it had some kind of indicator that the feed is getting low. Maybe an alarm? The directions to program the device are difficult to follow. But that being said it’s been working great and has taken a lot of worry out of being home in time to feed the kitty or to be a waking At 5:30 AM to feed the kitty

This works really well! We have four cats, and this makes feeding them way less of a hassle. Once you figure out what one portion size is, its easy to program, and re-program if you need too. I bought this mainly because sometimes I have to stay over night, and usually i would put down a gravity feeder which does the job but one of my cats is an over eater and leaving a gravity feeder out for a pet that doesnt know when to call it quits can end badly. This allows me to schedule extra feedings for those times i wont be home, and also gives me peace of mind. So all in all, I am very happy with this purchase!

Figuring out the portion sizes was the most difficult however totally worth the hassle of learning! I now no longer forget to get my kids food in the morning or if I’m in a rush I automatically know that it’s going to be taken care of if I think I’m gonna be gone for a couple days due to family vacation or just work obligations I don’t need to stress about them running out of food and it’s amazing it doesn’t get stuck or clogged and it’s cleaning is super easy and stress-free! My cat also absolutely love it they know exactly when feeding time is due to the voice call! I got to one for each cat but I know that they have double bowl options however this was just easier considering it’s twice as much food storage!

My cat used to knock over the old feeder on purpose and make a huge mess. This one is heavy enough for her not to knock it over. The top holds a pretty good amount of food. I have 2 cats so i set it to 4 portions every 12 hours and it is just the perfect amount for both of them. I chose not to set a voice message cause i feel like that would get annoying after a while. The only noise it makes is when the kibble hits the metal dish but thats okay cause these dishes hold less bacteria than the plastic ones and prevents cat acne on their chins. I like that its has both battery input and wall connections so if the power ever goes out it will still feed them.
