So nice not having to get up early in the morning to feed my cats. The only reason I gave 4 stars was that programming it took awhile to figure out and nowhere in the instructions does it tell you how much a portion size is. We figured out that 3 servings is about a 1/4 cup of food.

my car is on a strict diet, measured in tablespoons, and gets four ish tbs during the day and the door dinner. the portions are two tablespoons, at the smallest :/ so not ideal for being left alone for extended periods.

Once programmed it is great and takes one thing off of my daily chores. However, the slit that shows the food level is narrow and my feeder is in a dim corner so I dont always see the food level. Twice now in the few weeks that I owned it, my cats had to meow loudly to tell me they didnt get fed! If it is possible to design a low food indicator light, that would be great!

I have three cats and its perfect! I almost need two more! They hear the food and come running lol. I love the timer and the voice record feature. A must get for your cat!!

Easy to personalize and program a feeding schedule. Reliable timed schedule. You’re able to set different portion sizes for different times of day—so if you’d like a larger portion in the morning and a smaller portion at night you can do that. Also if my cat is hungrier then I can manually dispense a portion at that moment without ruining her scheduled feeding program. The only thing I don’t like is there’s no app to use so I can dispense it while I’m away. There’s also no indicator that the feeder holding tank supply is empty. But I check on it once in awhile to ensure there’s enough food inside. Dispenses Acana cat food without any issue. Love that there’s a battery section on the bottom as backup in case of power outage. The cord is plenty long for my cats space. The steel bowl is easy to remove and clean. Only time you hear any noise is during the dispense process, otherwise it’s silent. I love that I haven’t had any issues with ants, so far seems like the sealed tank is working perfectly. Super happy and relieved with this product. No more worrying about my cats feedings while I’m out for the day or at work.

My job role causes me to to be away from home quite a bit, so having the assurance that my pet will still receive fresh food while I’m away, takes that concern off my mind. The feeder’s controls are easy to use (read the manual), and the voice record function allows you to leave a message for your pet. Overall, this has been a worthwhile investment.

Ive had this just over a month and now it is resetting itself and does this awful static sound as if a walkie talkie is going off so then I have to reset all the feeding times and portions again only for it to reset itself again with that horrible noise!

Owned for a few weeks now whish we bought one a long time ago... was considering a more expensive version but thought Id give this a try and I feel its far better then the few hundred dollar one... stores about a week food for large cat; our cat would eat a whole bag if given the chance then throw up and eat more so we had to portion his food several times a day but now its done automatically with this feeder...

Super nice, easy to use, looks good, and keeps our cats happy :)
