Love my Philips lighting. Excellent product with excellent features. Wouldn’t have it any other way. Worth the price.

It worked wonderfully the first day. After that we have to be relatively near it to capture the movement. We are at half the hallway to see us. Ill check the batteries which were new and came with the hue sensor. Installation was easy. Im giving it a 3 cause the inefficiency sensor which is the purpose of the gadget.

its perfect! we placed 2 in our kitchen at each entrance, now whenever someone walks in the lights are magically on.

Install was a snap. Decent detection range and the app gives you multiple scenarios about how the system behaves.

Placed one outdoors, attached to a metal post -- inside a small, plastic container (like an inexpensive nursery flower pot) to protect it from the elements -- where it turns on my Hue porch light when it senses a visitor. Works perfectly, undamaged by heavy rains or snow. Nota bene: the small magnet the unit attaches to are easy to lose if dropped -- they can roll and attach to the underside of anything the magnet grabs hold of. Phillips, surprisingly, does not supply replacements.

We have a closet that has no light in it, so I put in a Hue Lightstrip. It was easy enough to tell Siri when to turn the light in the closet on and off, but finding this product... I was tempted. It works exactly as Id hope. Super easy to set up in our home; super easy to set up in the app. And now the closet light goes on when we open the closet, stays on when we need it and turns itself off after we close the door.

Works as intended and set up was a breeze

Works pretty well. Has 2 time settings so you can have lights brighter at one time of the day than other. Just wish you could be more granular on the brightness setting (only a few settings not a range/dial).
