I bought two Philips Hue motion sensors and I was surprised how far they detect activity. I have one in the bathroom and one in the hallway. Its a game changer. I like these sensors so much I might order another one. The wife is VERY happy!

Great product. You can’t go wrong with Philips if you catch them on sale. A solid product, easy to setup and can be (almost) mounted to anything.

I bought three motion sensors and one of them doesnt even setup, the light that its supposed to blink doesnt blink at all. I have press the reset button and change the batteries several times and nothing.

like the Motion it turns my dining room passage lights on when I walk in its cool it fails every now & then for some reason & I reset I it using the app otherwise though im quite happy with my Philips hue Purchases : I have 8 hue white a19; 5 hue white/color : several of the candelabra bulbs: the indoor & outdoor strips : Alexa controls everything along with the Hub & Hue App plus its all connected to my Nest smoke alarms that cause all the Philips hue lights in the home to flash in the event of fire or smoke its really cool or could drive U crazy but I love it

Works great for our hallway, kids especially love having it come on when they come out of their rooms!

I have a few of these in my house to control lights in closets and halls. They work great so far. The trick is putting them in good locations so they detect motion when you want them to. I have noticed they don’t work if you are more than 10ft away which may or may not be a good thing. For example I have one at the top of my stairs and it doesn’t seems to work till you are a few steps up before turning the lights on.

I installed it in our pantry, hoping that the pantry light would turn on when we opened the door. Kids, right?!?!! Its a supper fussy. I find that I have to wave my arms at if for a few seconds each time I open the door and I am less the 24 away.

The motion sensor was easy to setup and get working only area that its lacking is the mounting , in the end I just put it on a shelf that faces the door
