I trust pure encapsulation, it was highly recommended by my endocrinologist. Have used other products by them. There is no flavor or after taste.

Excellent product! In a few days you notice the benefits of magnesium. I have been able to fall asleep more easily.

This product does help me get better quality sleep. They are huge so they are a bit hard to swallow and they are capsules so they cant be cut in half.

I have Celiacs Disease, so I don’t absorb half the stuff I take or eat. I ordered this initially because of chronic edema and constipation. It also helped with my shin cramps, headaches and blood pressure. For the first time in about a decade, i have reached normal range in BP. I do take blood pressure medication with a diuretic, but it only did so much. After a couple of months if consuming about 5-8 of these Mg Citrate capsules a night, my blood pressure is FINALLY back to normal range. Really happy about that.

It’s a great product to help keep stool softened. It’s also good for building up magnesium levels since our soils are so depleted of minerals.

I take 3 pilas before bed and it works amazing. I have a really good sleep.

I’ve always liked Pure Encapsulations but, like any other supplement, you’ll run into a lot of money if you need more than one. I appreciate this brand being competitive and, they’re generally more inexpensive than others but, with different bottles of supplements ranging from $10-$30 for a monthly supply, it’s a big hit to the wallet from month to month. That said, I’ve tried a lot of supplements over the years, and Pure Encapsulations are among the best, in my opinion. I say that because, with this brand, I tend to notice more of a difference.
