These have helped me so much in so many ways. I had always heard that magnesium was good for sleep and for using the bathroom but never actually put those theories to the test. Before I was taking a probiotic and melatonin at night to help me sleep. I added this in to help keep me regular and turns out it has made a huge difference in my sleep. So, I dont even need to take the melatonin anymore. Plus, it has helped to keep me regular without, making me have to dash to the bathroom in the morning. And I still take the probiotic in addition to this. Has made a world of difference for how my body has felt and functioned.

I had leg cramps when getting out of bed in the morning, but after taking Pure Mag, I no longer have the problem. I’ve been hearing about magnesium is So important to incorporate in our daily diet, but didn’t know I would be getting the extra help of NO more leg cramps!! I’m 73 years old and this is a big Blessing to find this Magnesium!! JM

I learned most of us are magnesium deficient. I suffered from migraines for the last 8 years. Really strong ones that could last 24 hours and would get them almost every 3-4 days. I started taking this along with my complement multivitamin and got off birth control pill and I have gone 2.5 weeks without a serious migraine , a couple small headaches here and there and didn’t need to take an actual prescription migraine pill. Trying to get off those too. My headaches have been a lot less frequent and definitely not as strong and feel like more of an annoyance than actual pain. I think this is definitely helping in some way.

Pure Encapsulations is an excellent brand. I started using their magnesium several years ago. Even though its more expensive than other brands I find I need to take much less. That tells me that the absorption is much better than less expensive brands.
