Greater than one weekIf you have GI constipation, look no further! I have IBS and fibromyalgia, I am careful of the brands I use! I bought a cheaper “micro ingred” brand and they did nothing! Take 4 in the am 4 at night if it’s really bad!!! Hope you feel better!

Greater than one weekThis is the best magnesium by far that helps with constipation. Does not give laxative effect like Most magnesium citrate blends! I was nervous to try it since I knew mag citrate can give laxative effect, but totally worth it. Perfect dosage and absorbency!

> 3 dayMy naturopath told me to take this product. Usually magnesium citrate upsets my stomach but this one doesnt. And for someone who usually has a problem swallowing larger pills these go down surprisingly easy. I am very happy with the product and it does what I need it to do. I also take the one with calcium too because I am in my 40s and have to start worrying about osteoporosis.

> 3 dayI take it at bedtime and know it doesn’t have random fillers to aggravate my thyroid or gluten sensitivity. It relaxes sore, worked out muscles and calms the mind and before I know it, I can’t read another page and go to sleep.

> 3 dayI have taken this brand of magnesium for about three years. It’s fabulous. I like that the dose is easier to scale up or down based on one’s tolerance for magnesium. With my IBS C (constipation) I’ve found my perfect dose is two pills at night before bed. I ran out of this magnesium and picked up a Costco brand that had each pill with 250 mg per pill. I took one and it didn’t help my gut. When I took two I had horrible diarrhea. 500 mg were too much for me. Magnesium is very specific for each person so you have to find the right dose for your body. This brand makes it easy to find your perfect dose without causing loose stool.
