Have magnesium deficiency and dr prescribed magnesium “citrate” which isn’t easy to find. Didn’t want gummies. These do the trick.

I had leg cramps when getting out of bed in the morning, but after taking Pure Mag, I no longer have the problem. I’ve been hearing about magnesium is So important to incorporate in our daily diet, but didn’t know I would be getting the extra help of NO more leg cramps!! I like this brand.

I appreciate Pure Encapsulations’ high quality because so many supplements are filled with junk or don’t actually have what the say they have in them. This magnesium specifically has always worked for what I need it for.

I was told about the wonderful things magnesium does for your body, but most importantly how it stopped the severe cramps in my legs and body at night. All natural and just helped my overall well-being of being able to sleep.

This is my favorite magnesium mainly because it doesn’t have to make me use the bathroom as much as the other magnesium’s do. Helps my muscles and overall attitude. Kind of a heal all. I usually dump two capsules in my protein shakes in the a.m. then take 2 more before I go to bed.

I have enjoyed taking this product for several years to help me sleep at night and keep me regular each am.
