I would not wish this product on an enemy. It was a nightmare to install. I have a horrible kink in my neck and a headache. I would compare this project to Michaelango painting the Sisteen Chapel but at least he was able to lay on his back. The brackets weigh a pound a piece and there is no easy way to install. They kept falling on my head. I tried pre drilling the holes, but how can a person try to screw in a screw while also holding this one pound bracket straight. Then the screws are like boars tusks and would have punched into my upstairs bedroom. I ended up using some nails and small screws. Nightmare to install. Not worth the cost or trouble.

Easy to install and gets the bike off the floor reducing clutter. My garage ceiling studs are 9 high and there is plenty of rope for this height. I have no finished ceiling and actually was able to install a frame to raise the bike partially above the 9 ceiling height so it would fit over a parked car.

I bought three of these. Great concept. But the product is poorly engineered. My two biggest complaints are 1) theres too much slop at the pulley wheels and its easy for the rope to slip off and get wedged between the pulley wheel and the frame and 2) the locking mechanism is complete crap. (and, yes, Ive confirmed I installed it correctly and routed the rope correctly). Ive pulled that rope in every direction trying to get it to release. Sometimes it works but more times that not it wont release. Im going to either throw them away or figure out how to modify the locking mechanism so it will release consistently. Ive written to and left a message for their customer service with no reply. So, unless youre willing to figure out how to modify this to make it work as intended, dont waste your money.

Hung my bikes up in the garage. A lady can pull them up or down. Great invention

Bought two of these for our bikes. We needed a storage place for the bikes so they would not be in the way. Alas, we decided to put them off the ground. This pulley system is super easy to install, easy to use, and works great.

I have a bike hanging from the ceiling. Some of the cord and pieces are a little flimsy but it does the job.

Works great, and is economical. The bolts strip way too easy ... cheap, cheap. Only complaint. Great system though. You will like it.

I have four of them on my ceiling holding bikes and they all work terrific. I need one more for another bike and my ceiling will be just about full. The bikes go up and down very easily and require no lifting. Its very easy for anyone to use.

Picture looks like the one we bought previously. But this model relies on the bike to balance itself while hoisting. Naturally one end tips high going up. Could not independently control front height and back height while hoisting. Hooks were flat, so we were concerned the bike might slip off. Returned the product and bought a competitors product that fulfilled all our expectations, and did not have these problems.
