This is the 2nd reolink system i have bought from amazon and had to return. This one either has no HDD or has a defective one. Amazon customer service was awful, aa is the norm anymore. They wanted me to buy an external HDD and use that instead. I told them that waa absurd. Gonna try one last time, and if no luck then i am switching to Amcre$+.

Love the Reolink camera system KH st plug and play and the app is user friendly

“New” came in with broken seal, and tape… don’t trust used security equipment without full disclosure ahead of time and ability to fully reset and monitor

June 26th Update: After speaking with customer service over email, they agreed to help with the broken camera situation and sent another one aslong as I sent in the broken camera. The customer service over email was very cooperative. Overall I recommend buying these cameras, since the company is helpful if something were to happen to the cameras. Original Review: I bought these cameras in late April and they worked fine the first few weeks. Setting them up was pretty easy and the UI on computer isnt the best but it works. Im giving these cameras a 1 star because after 3 weeks one of the cameras was turning off and on by itself struggling to stay on. I changed the cable that was connected to it and even swapped out which port it was connected to, but it did absolutely nothing. The camera continued to struggle for another 2 or 3 weeks and just stopped working. I called their customer support and the worker was pretty rude after I explained the entire broken camera situation. He then told me to email their customer support and theyll solve the camera issue. Ive emailed their customer support and am still waiting for a reply. After paying nearly $900 for these cameras, Im very disappointed with these cameras as well as their customer support. Ill update this review after I hear back from them.

very easy to install and works great

We got the cameras almost a year ago. We really like them, the picture is nice and clear. And the price was not bad. We have family members who have different cameras and wished they got those instead. And we can watch and replay from our phones even if we arent home or see it on the tv at Home which makes it a bit bigger.

Easy install and setup only complaint is adjusting sensitivity for motion detection.

Buy too cheap of NVR stuff and you get garbage. This hits the middle. Ive used them for the last 8ish years at 4 locations. This newest NVR hardware/software and camera clarity are by far the best Ive had of the 50ish reolink cameras Ive had now.
