Greater than one weekThis is a compound in Africa I am monitoring from USA. This system is very good. The zoom mechanism is owesome. Night vision is also good but could be improved. Tech support is however not great. Last time I called just trying to ask about cables the 3rd party company that assists them just couldnt help. They said they do not offer full support, just where to buy the product.

> 3 dayMy first 16 channel system all the cameras worked but the NVR had only 8 working channels. I contacted Reolink per email and they sent a replacement.It was not 4k like my original so I contacted them again and they sent a 4k replacement. Finally everything is working good .The camera pictures are not 4k but pretty good.The Reolink app on my Iphone works great.You can access and review your cameras very easily.Everything was easy to install just plug and play.Customer service will work with you till they get it right.

> 3 dayDont buyed this security camera,, Really bad quality.. not 4K.. 8MP.. Im buyed this set and look like 720p quality. Im ready email Reolink and they say not responsible for this amd still under 30 day warranty. I email over 48 email with reolink customer service amd they not do nothing. Not phone to speak to customer service ,, My old camera Amcrest look way better, . Amd they have customer service to talk .. not by email.. DONT BUYED THE CAMERA FROM THIS COMPANY.
