The product works okay. The NVR only records in 1080p for some reason at extremely low framerates. I can get 4K resolution if I record to an outside device on the network, but that means that outside device (e.g. my PC) has to be powered on for it to record. The apps work fine though all I have done is set up the recording and use it for streaming. One of my cameras had a moisture issue and it took 4 days of emailing to finally get the information I needed so that I could pay to ship it back to them for a warranty claim. The customer service agent that helped me most was calling him or herself Yogurt (probably just a bunch of different people). I asked for shipping information and paid postage, and all I got in return was that my order was more than 30 days old, which means I had to pay for the return shipping. I had to send another email, which they only reply to at night, to get the shipping information. Overall bad experience trying to get an meh product replaced.

Very easy to setup

I was able to set up the system via plug and play. I connected to it my cell phone app along with 2 other PDZ cameras from Reolink.

Easy to set up. Mostly plug and play. Image quality is great! Have not had any issues yet. Mobile and computer apps are easy to use as well. Night vision is very good as well. I did not have to contact tech support so I cant say anything on that.

This has a wide range on the camera lenses and a great sound quality. I only have 5 of the 8 up and it covers my entire 2 acre property. looking for places to add the others and thinking about buying more

System was easy to setup. Did not need any tech help to get it working on my iphone and pc. Really good customer service

Reolink is ok at first. The cameras dont last outside. After the first rain, their outdoor cameras had water get in behind the lenses. They were constantly foggy due to that. ARLO cameras are far better quality, they have a better reach, better picture quality, better app. Just all around better than reolink!!

This is a replacement for my Q-See security system I own. After installing the 8 cameras and setting up my preferences I was amazed how clear and simple it was to install. Picture and audio is excellent.

The HDMI output to a monitor or TV displays beautifully with a large variety of formats The display on my iPhone is equally fantastic. The cameras appear well manufactured and felt robust The NVR has a three TB hard drive This should be ample for up to a week of motion sensed recording The price may appear a little high but i believe you get what you pay for Highly recommended
