Fast, easy to install, and a great value. Could not get included software to work.

Using the 250GB 850 EVO as my Windows 8.1 C Drive with a partitioned 750GB WD Black for programs in a Toshiba Qosmio x875 laptop with 24GB ram. Much better boot times (about 15-20 sec.) and generally better performance. Only problem is that this machine runs very hot, even with an external fan, so I could not use the enhanced Rapid mode for games without it overheating and shutting down. This mode does speed things a bit but causes a lot of extra processor activity (and heat) in some applications. Really is fast enough without it! Easy to install and Highly recommended!

No problems. Worked as expected. The samsung software always makes it a breeze to clone your drive.

This SSD is amazing! The price is great too! I have it in a Dell Optiplex 9020 with a Core i7. The computer boots and is ready to go in less than 8 seconds with Windows 7.
