Just amazing

I play a lot of open world games, and this loads the textures so fast! Also, boot times are 1-2 seconds all the time.

What can you say.. its a samsung SSD. Best in the industry.

Basically what youd expect. The drive just works. It comes with driver software, which I have never needed. Its so small, light and easy to use, with a modern Windows machine. I installed it into my Windows desktop machine. Had no open drive bays so just plugged it in and let it sit wherever it lays. No moving parts, no vibration, no worries. I love these things!

I just bought a new 17 laptop with Windows 10 and installed this SSD. I had problems with the original software that came with this SSD. I used Macrium Reflect free version software. I have a gaming laptop with a Crucial MX200 mSATA SSD installed and my new laptop with Samsung 850 is faster. But maybe its because my gaming laptop OS is Win 7 the my new laptop is Win 10.

Excellent drive. Fastest one I have (I own two older SSDs in addition to this one). Easy to install. When I first got it, I thought it might be an empty case. Felt extremely light, but its been working now for several months, storing my data without issue.Big speed boost over the HDD I was using as a boot drive before on this computer.

Great so far only had it for a few weeks but install was super simple. The migration software worked great no need to re-install windows either. Be sure to pickup a 2.5 to 3.5 adapter if you do not have any available 2.5 slots. Also I would recommend an external hard drive dock to make this even easier but its not required. Will update with speed specs on my setup asap.....

IT WORKED! Able to revamp my 2008 Mac Book Pro so I could run OS 10.10 Yosemite. Along with 8GB of RAM, no problem at all. I followed instructions on CNET. Much speedier than Snow Leopard with the 8GB RAM and SSD! Fine product, easy to install.

I have been buying many Samsung SSDs. This is an excellent SSD with fully functioning migration software and a utility. All you need is a USB cable.
