> 3 dayUsed to replace a drive on my existing disk drive in a Lenovo T510 Laptop. Amazing difference in performance after the change. Boot time time drastically reduced. Over all PC performance increased significantly. Well worth the money just wished I had purchased sooner. Used the included Data Migration CD to copy the data from existing hard drive. Disk copy took longer than anticipated maybe 2 hours. Did have to format the disk first. Then run the migration. Instructions werent clear with the CD and Manual. But worked it out after a few tries.

> 3 dayDoes what it says it will do. I have two configured in RAID 0 on a Dell XPS 700. Very responsive. Very stable. Note that I couldnt boot this configuration using the UEFI BIOS; Legacy BIOS was OK. I assume its a Dell issue, but I havent bothered to investigate it much.

> 3 dayI have withdrawn my earlier one-star review, having been led to the light by the Oyen Digital folks who make a great USB3-to-SATA adapter. The 850EVO has been running for almost 2 weeks now, as boot drive for a 2012 Mac Mini, using El Capitan (and sometimes booting into Yosemite and Mavericks). Next I will gather my Torx drivers and courage and put it inside the Mini. My prior review was titled : Incompatible with 3 USB-SATA adapters on Macs, and I then said : I expected great things, but had to wait for a newly ordered USB-to-SATA adapter, in order to try to clone the old system onto it before tearing apart the target computer. Tried with Mac OSX 10.6.8 and 10.910.5 and 10.11.2. Sadly, all three USB-to-SATA adapters that we tried seem to be incompatible with this SSD. 1.JacobParts dock
