> 3 dayDidnt notice in the beginning, but looks like it get more frequent know. Theres a known problem with the cold-booting, when i turn on the laptop - it turns on but is not booting, i have to reset it a few times (sometimes more then 10 times) in order to get the windows started. Switched to the old HDD no problems, tried cloning again and still does the same thing. Its super fast, i love the SSD but i hate to turn my laptop off knowing that next time will take 5 minute/10 restarts to be able to use it. Ive google it and looks like its a popular problem.

> 3 dayVery nice. The Samsung Magician Software said that my existing drive was Not Compatible, so I used the Samsung Data Migration Software instead (to clone the old drive to the SSD). I got warnings that said that any open files would not be transferred, so I closed all applications. Of course, the system files couldnt be closed, but it did not seem to be a problem. Data on the old drive transferred to the SSD at an average of 30 MB/s. After it hit 100% the software took another 5 minutes before ending - I thought it wasnt working, but I just let it run, and it finally said Complete. I replaced the old drive with the SSD and it worked. As someone else said, it wasnt until the 2nd boot that the laptop seemed to completely recognize the drive. (Perhaps Windows was reinstalling the system files if they werent copied from the folder where they are executed.) Also, you will need a data cable (USB to SATA).

> 3 dayFast and Reliable. This drive maxes out the Sata III interface in most categories. There are more expensive drives out there with slightly better performance but in my opinion it isnt worth the extra cost. The next step from this drive should be PCI Express based connection.
