I bought 2 of these bad boys in my new rig. I installed it on a z390 motherboard and luckily mine have 3 slots for m.2 drives and heat sinks for them.

Didnt come with screw for motherboard

Its so small and it doesnt occupied any large space. The microchip is well-made. The merit thing is; the tested speed transfer for larger files/compiling caching are faster compared to an ordinary SSD. This is all done by PCIe Gen 2.0 x4. how about if I tested on Gen 3.0, I think it will boost the performance even higher.

Samsung 970 EVO M.2 NVMe have a great reputation and this one does not disappoint. It is not the cheapest but if you want performance and reliability you cant go wrong with an EVO 970.

My computer boots to the login screen about 15 seconds after I turn my PC on.

I paid $60 for this. Its a great deal. Samsung is a strong brand for SSDs. I put this in an HP ZBook Power with no trouble.

I needed more space for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020. This does the trick. Fast drive and easy install. I used the included software to clone the old drive to the new one. I put the old drive in the enclosure I also purchased from Amazon and use it as a USB drive.
