I love it! Rebuilt my Alienware laptop and put this ssd hd in. It’s fast! Runs great! Is TB. I’m not using it for gaming just a primary laptop for college. So far awesome!

Cant go wrong with a Samsung SSD. Works just fine.

I used this to replace my standard HDD in my late 2008 MacBook Pro 15” and it works perfectly! Boot up / load times in general have decreased and installing software is quicker as well!

Easy switch, big improvement in performance. Use Macron Reflect 7 if youre going to clone a hard drive.

Bought unit and had Geek Squad install in HP laptop. Significant improvement in speed over 1 TB unit that came from factory. After 13 months reboot became very slow, and computer began to freeze up. Ran HP diagnostics and showed hard drive FAIL. Downloaded Samsung Magician and clicked SMART button which showed the result in the picture I attached. Although drive had not lost all the data, it was FAILING. Samsung refused to do an advance replacement so I could have the drive switched by the Geek squad and return the FAILING drive. So I bought a Western Digital SSD and replaced the FAILING drive with WD. Dont buy this drive unless you want a lot of headaches with replacement and slow to respond service. Even though I replied to everything in the email Samsung sent, they said they didnt get it and I had to do it again as a Word Document. My son had purchased the identical SSD from Samsung but had not installed it yet. When he saw the difficulty with service he is returning it and purchasing a different brand. He was installing it in an Apple computer, which is not easily opened to replace the SSD. The Samsung rep I spoke to did say Im sorry a lot when I told him I was paying again to have his drive replaced. I have a Samsung Galaxy S8+ phone and was going to upgrade to the new Samsung 5G phone, but I will switch now to the Apple.

Great speed I mean its freaking better than my old one. Im glad I finally made the switch to solid state.

I have SSD drives in 3 computers. No problems at all. My backup drives are normal spinning hard drives (cheaper).

I use Samsung SSD a lot and have never had a problem with any of them. While not the top of the line Pro version, you are getting a very good and fast product. Highly recommend.
