Using the directions from Roon, I managed to get this inside a Roon Nucleus, which then formatted it. That’s it!

I brought back an old Toshiba p845 from like 2012 to life recently, and replaced its original HDD with this SSD. If youre researching SSDs, you already know the speed they increase your boot time and program load time is basically not even comparable to HDDs, its just instant now. I cloned the old hard drive using Macriums free cloning software since Id heard some negatives about Samsungs Magician. After cloning, it was just a simple out with the HDD, in with the SSD. The computer booted instantly into Windows 10 and have had absolutely zero problems at all with it. There was no messing with BIOS, or anything, it was like I had just turned my computer off, and back on...except this time 100x faster.

I purchased this to replace a drive in a PS4. (this was 2 MB smaller than the original drive) which prevented a clone of the drive using the software i had available. That said if you install the drive then load from the files on PS website it works fine, you just need to re-download all of your games.

The Samsung line of SSDs are the best on the market if you ask me. They are top performers, highly durable, and comes packaged with intuitive software with the likes of Magician.

Bought one for my computer and it solved so many issues I was having. I was so happy with it I bought another for my PS4, cant wait for it to get here!

Same speed as of a 500GB . No difference in 2 TB. I thought that a 2TB drive would give a faster speed. But it didn’t. A little disappointed about that but rest is fine.

I had high hopes, as everything Id read says replacing the stock hard drive, in my Macbook Pro, with an SSD would greatly improve its performance. However, it appears to be no faster nor better in any way, than the original. In fact, its even slower, as I can barely get videos to play, the energy & RAM get used up, slowing things down even more, and Im not using any fancy audio or video apps.

Love Samsung ssds. Have a few M.2 and 3 random size ssds. A few are 5+ years old and still used daily. This 2TB drive has one job. DCS. See you in the skies.

Fácil de instalar, sencillo pero cumple su prometido, lo utilizó para mi pc con la velocidad que puede ofrecer un ssd esta genial para instalar el sistema operativo en este.
