    This amazes me. The size is smaller but holds way more data than my old one. I love that its a Type C USB. I recently bought a computer with that USB ability. Ive never had to contact Tech Support so I cant say anything good or bad. In a way thats saying a lot about the product.

    This product is tiny and probably perfect for someone that wants a full computer backup. We only wanted to store pictures and not go through the hassle of setting up an account with ID, passwords, etc. When we did try, ran into problems that we didnt want to deal with, so returned it via Kohls, which was very easy.

    Using these for backups. For example, on Windows I am using a backup solution that takes full image backups doing full, differential, and incremental such that it can restore from bare metal if needed. The solution I am using with one of these drives is called Macrium Reflect. On the Macintosh system, I am using another drive just the same only with the built-in TimeMachine. Yes, they support ExFat, NTFS (Windows), APFS or HFS+ on Mac. You can use them on just about any system you want. On a Windows machine, you can right click on it under This PC and select to Format (erase) and select a filesystem like NTFS, which is better on Windows than the factory ExFAT. On the Macintosh, it pretty much sets itself up for Time Machine if you open Time Machine and select the drive.

    I just got this drive a couple hours ago. Started using it for a video editing project and the drive gets really hot. Once that happens the Mac Studio ejects the drive. So, I used the new drive as a back up, cleared my other SSD, and used my original SSD for video editing and boom everything is fine.
