I have two Samsung T7 Portable SSDs, a 1TB & 4TB. The 4TB blue one is used for music storage backup for my Hifi-Rose 150B Music Streamer/Server. The Red 1TB is used for Roon System Backups. Im not a power user so cant comment on large file transfer speeds, etc. Both of these fit my needs, take up little space, run fairly cool, and seem fast enough for transferring music and data files. Both have performed as advertised, so far. This is my first experience with SSDs, so keeping my fingers crossed.

I used this external SSD as a storage for PC games. Reading/Writing speeds are good enough to run games off of it instead of on my C drive. I bootcamp into Windows 10 to play PC games so the USB-C connection fit well with my Thunderbolt 3 port.

My impression was that it would be about the same size as my other external hard drives. I was shocked that it was not much larger than a credit card and so thin. I installed a very large music software library on it and the process was seamless. No problems so far. Nice color too; it looks better in person.

Purchased for a external SSD for PS4. Works fantastic and would be a 5 star if I hadnt had to purchase a different USB-a to c cable. Included one is very cheap. May just want to go a head and get a higher quality cable when initially purchasing.

Does everything I expected it to, but boy its fast. Part of this is being used to slower drives perhaps, but I was very impressed with the speed and capacity for the price. Quite lightweight too and with an aluminum case it is easy to carry. I am using it for dashcam and sentry cam video recording (Tesla) and it is working brilliantly.
