Sennheiser HD 600 - Audiophile Hi-Res Open Back Dynamic Headphone

I disliked nothing about this headphones. They sound clear and natural (no eq).

Honestly, adding this to my cart around 8pm on a Monday, and having it at my door by the next morning 10:30am?? Crazy how awesome that is! The headphones are also amazing and worth the money :)

I have had a pair of HD600s for about 7 years now and I absolutely love them. Cant really say anything bad about them, seriously a top notch product

My favorite thing to do with these is walk into my backyard and hold the audio jack to the sky and taunt god. With these bad boys I can almost hear him weep from my blasphemy.

I ordered these headphones for my home-studio. I was torn between these headphones and a pair of Shure 1440s. I feel Shure makes better microphones but you cant compare headphones and mics.

Je nai pas ce casque depuis très longtemps, et ne me sens pas la capacité de décrire son rendu sonore ou le plaisir quil me donne déjà, mais tiens tout de même à démentir ce genre de propos : ce casque demande une amplification dédier {sic} pour le faire fonctionner correctement. Jai branché le Sennheiser HD600 sur la prise casque de ma petite chaîne Onkyo, sur lampli-dac E10 de Fiio et sur mon lecteur digital portable (un C2 de Cowon*) et la musique est, à chaque fois, tout à fait audible, écoutable et agréable. Excitante même. Je redécouvre des albums que jécoute depuis des années. On ne saurait espérer mieux.

Great product, but came with a faulty cable. The right side audio will fade out from time to time. I confirmed its a cable problem because, once I switch from right to left, the problem goes to the left side. Its a shame I cant get a replacement cable since I bought internationally and the cost for me to get it back will surpass its value. Im waiting for my IFi Zen DAC to arrive so I can test the HD600 with my Dekoni Cablez 4.4mm pentaconn balanced cable. I just dont understand why Sennheiser sends a faulty cable with a brand new product.

Finally, headphones to compete with the best of the ear buds. Maybe they dont generate the volume of the Shure 530s or quite the bass response but they are soooo comfortable with superb sound for either music or movies.

Extremely comfortable with a nice large soundstage, much more restrained than my Grados, but you can listen for hours without fatigue. The 600s are the standard in neutral sound for those dipping there toes into audiophile-level cans. Be sure to get a nice DAC/AMP to power these and some high quality audio files and you wont be disappointed. Another advantage over my Grados, if anything breaks (they feel extremely solid) you can essentially rebuild these by ordering parts through Sennheiser.
