> 24 hourWhen I first got it, the option to have it dock after 30 mins of cleaning was on and it was taking almost a full day to clean my 1900 sq ft home between cleaning and charging. In fact, I was in the process of returning it because of this. However, once I realized what the issue was and shut it off, it was better. Even still, it will only clean about an hour before the battery runs low and it has to dock. After an hour of charging, it will then will start again and finish the rest of my house in the next hour. I still dont get the inefficient cleaning pattern it chooses because it will clean one room then all of a sudden go across my house to clean another room only to have to make a bee-line back to the first room to finish. I used to have another unknown brand that I loved but it was damaged by a dog toy that clogged the roller and damaged the part that holds and spins the roller. After about a month of research and comparison shopping, I chose this model based on the reviews and the features it had. It does a good job and eventually it will clean the house over a 3 hour period - so its good for now. Pros: - Good suction - does well with pet hair; I have 3 dogs and a cat - The self-empty feature is really good and not as noisy as others while emptying - It does eventually clean every area of my house, well - Back and forth cleaning pattern vs. bump and go - Always finds its way back to the docking station - Handles all my rugs well without getting stuck, dragging them or folding them over. Cons: - Battery life stinks - App is terrible - I have to log in each time I open it. Plus, it does not show you real-time information - it is only available after it docks.

> 24 hourIt’s not perfect but it’s convenient and effective. We’ve used it 5 days a week for the past few months. It does a good job of keeping the floor vacuumed and mopped. Still leaves behind some clumps of hair and the floors aren’t that clean after mopping but they are shinier. It doesn’t have an indicator/sensor for the dust bin which can be clogged with the hair from our two cats. The dust bin and associated filter attached to the robot needs cleaned out at least weekly and it’s the same for the dock’s bin. I can’t imagine leaving this unattended for 30-60 days as advertised. Cleaning out the robot’s dust bin is annoying because I always feel like I’m going to break the small plastic clamps. The app is functional and has gotten better in the time I’ve had it. It’s easy to schedule the robot for cleaning and to access the history. I was happy to see they added a map of the cleaning history. It doesn’t allow me to invite others to “household” in the app so we have to share a login. The app also restricts you to one map meaning some setting are restricted if you want to use it on another floor. When I want to use it on another floor I place the robot on the dock, turn it off, take it to an open corner in the area I want cleaned, turn it on, then press clean. Despite the shortcomings I would but it again.

> 24 hourLove the way this unit operates and it does a great job, even into the corners. It runs smoothly and has great features to set cleaning schedules, map the home, and direct clean certain trouble areas. It picks up pet hair and random pieces of kitty litter (tossed out by the cat) with ease.

> 24 hourHaving a boxer puppy this vacuum changed the game forever. This thing gets under most of the furniture and beds. It’s a refreshing feeling to walk around your apt with the floors being crispy clean.

> 24 hourFor the price and the reviews I expected a lot more from this bot. There are almost no directions with it. It only maps one floor. So probably works great if you have only one floor. But if you have more than one floor what customer service told me is you have to turn the machine off, carry it to new floor, and start it not from the app (or it will mess up your map), but just push the clean button. Then on any other floor but the main one it is not a smart robot. It just bounces around randomly until it decides it is done cleaning and then stops and says it cant find its base. In my experience of almost a month it misses entire rooms. I would rather have a robot without the self empty base that is smart no matter where you put it and cleans the whole house. I had a Neato D85 for years before this and it did that. No app, no mapping, but who cares? What I care about is my house getting clean and this bot is not doing it. Have two more days to return, but I got it on sale and cant afford the one I really want- Roomba i7+.

> 24 hourI had to return the robot because every time it went back to its base station, a burnt/smoky smell would come out and linger for hours. Besides that: Cons: 1. Alexa integration is not great. I say ask shark to ..., it always asks which robot, mostly two times. I only have one robot (!). Also when I say ask shark to clean the kitchen, it asks which robot and then says ok shark is cleaning the kitchen now. But then it goes on to clean everywhere. You have to get on to the app to get it to do anything. 2. return to station to charge makes the robot go back to the base too prematurely. There is still 40% charge when the robot decides to go back to charge. If it didnt, it could actually finish cleaning my apartment on a single charge. Not letting the battery go below 40% is bad for battery life. 3. It sometimes goes around the same area more than once, as if it is obsessed with it. I dont understand why. 4. It doesnt detect short objects and it goes at anything on the floor. So you cannot forget phone cables etc. lying around. Pros: 1. It doesnt easily get stuck and it usually finds its way back to the station. 2. The empty station is very convenient. 3. I dont think it has a very good suction power but since it doesnt get stuck and it can clean everyday without your intervention, I think it does a good job keeping the floors clean. Too bad I had to return for the burnt smell. Maybe I got a faulty unit but I wont risk buying another one.

> 24 hourWe have a husky and she shed a lot after winter. Shark keeps the floors clean and picks up fur. Given the amount of fur, 60 day container has to be cleaned out every 3-4 days. But that is not a problem since vac keeps ahead of collecting the fur.

> 24 hourYou can only program one floor. I have a sunken living room and I can’t add that room to the house. Otherwise it works well, although it would be nice if you could steer it with the app.

> 24 hourLove the features in the app. You can label rooms, map out “no-go” areas. You can set it up to empty when it’s full, even if it’s in the middle of a cleaning; if the battery runs low in the middle of a cleaning, it will return to the base to charge and pick up where it left off as soon as it’s charged. Very hands off! The only down side is you can only select specific rooms if you manually start. You can’t set a schedule by room. I would love to run it every day and do certain rooms on certain days. But in the scheduler, you can’t choose certain rooms, but a time and it’s runs all of the rooms.

> 24 hourGreat for hard floors, kinda iffy on our low pile rug. We bought it to reduce the sweeping and vacuuming needed on our hard floors so its performing as we need it to. We have a 5yr old boy and a dalmatian so dirt and dog hair are forever on our floors. The tank says it can hold 45-60 days of debris but we can only get 7 days out of it. I guess that shows how much its really working. As per other reviews, it does get a lot of scratches. I even put felt furniture bumpers on it to prevent the majority of them but its still somehow managing to look like its 2 years old after a month of use. All in all it does what I need it to and I would recommend it to a friend or family member based on its current performance.
