> 24 hourAfter finally figuring out how to link the switches (light and ceiling fan) to WiFi, they work great. The instructions could definitely use some improvement. I tried for about an hour to get them to connect, before getting a long cable so I could actually bring my router into the room where I was installing the switches. That did the trick. The instructions do say that the switch(es) must be in close proximity to the router and phone, but they don’t say HOW close. After installation, the router can then be returned to its original location. Also, for light and ceiling fan, if the two neutral (white) wires are simply tied together in your switch box without being connected to your current switches, you must use two of the included wire pieces to tie into both neutral ports of the new switches. After a little initial frustration, I am satisfied. They were installed only yesterday, so hopefully they will continue to last and work properly.

> 24 hourthe product came quickly. The instruction was clear and super easy. I like the labels which makes easy after identify the lines from the old connection and is so helpful to connect to the new switch. This switch needs the Neutral Ground so you NEED an extra wire to connect the new switch to the ground line. Works like a champ. After setting it up, I can remotely check the status of my living light.

> 24 hourI tried and tried to get it to sync with wifi. I could get it work sometime, then it would lose it. The instructions are not very helpful and their tech support is somewhere that I cannot find them

> 24 hourThe store was not to cooperative as these are only listed on the USA (.com) indicates on Canada (.ca)site in a month. Store said order it on .com. So you will pay duty. The switch is made of plastic including the mounting portion of the switch so don’t tighten to tight or it will crack. Also switch is slightly larger then cover plate. So have file the cover plate. Switch requires a hard push for the switch to operate and must be pressed on the power light. . Works with smart Life, Alexa and google home. Switch mounting holes are one horizontal one vertical so can not adjust so it fits in the cover plate with mutable switches.

> 24 hourLooks great, works great. Blue light is way too bright in an otherwise dark room. (I use this for a ceiling fan) This wouldnt bother me if there was a software way to disable it, but they didnt think of that I guess. Light switch that downloads its own software to run from the internet not capable of controlling its own internal light. Ironic.

> 24 hourProduct looks and functions great. After installing I had trouble getting it connected to my router. After several attempts I decided to try the connection process on my tablet and realized there was an update for the SmartLife app available and after updating I was able to get them connected pretty seamlessly. The update was not available on my phone so if anyone is having trouble, try setting up on a different device. Would give 5 stars if not for the difficulty setting up after the physical install.

> 24 hourI love the fact I can turn on my fan when my husband leaves for work in the morning, and then turn it off when I want to get out of bed without getting too cold. Very easy to install, very easy to set up. My only issue, and its probably just me, is that the light is a little bright, so the LED light thats in the switch itself is kind of bright.

> 24 hourInstallation was simple and straight forward for the most part. 4 wire install, Neutral, Ground, Line and Load. The switch seems to be well made and operates as you would expect. I completed the install with little effort, but I wish they would include wires a little longer than 4 inches. The only thing that seems to be consistent is you really need some better instructions in performing the Smart Life install. Your best mode of attack seems to be using the AP mode to install it, and once you figure this out, it is not so tough. I installed 4 of these, and the longest part of the install was getting them configured. Once I did that, we were good to go! The wireless symbol provides a nice night light when moving through the house in the dark!

> 24 hourGreat light switch that is compatible to Alexa. I was pleased that it came with all the parts necessary to install including the extra wire extensions needed to connect to the existing wires. Only uncertainty that I had was once hardwired, I was a little confused on how to connect it to wifi. I sent technical support an email and they (LULU) replied very quickly with a very helpful response. All I needed to do was touch the switch on the “ON” symbol for about 5 seconds and then release. Then the wifi symbol blinks blue and then you go to the Smart Life app and follow the setup directions. Once that’s done Alexa automatically was linked. Be sure to change the name of the device to something more personalized so that you can call it by name instead of the numbers/letters default name that gets assigned. Thanks again LULU for the help! Great product and will buy again in the future!

> 24 hourThese switches MUST BE WIRED EXACTLY AS THE PICTURES SHOW in the instructions. Most standard light switches are NOT wired as these require. You MUST have a white neutral, black hot in and black load wire to get them to even turn on. The instructions are very clear and as long as you can find all of the wires in the wall and add a jumper to the switch, you can complete the job. Wi-Fi requires 2.4 GHz, and does not support 5.0. Considering the amount of data sent to and from the switch and that 2.4 penetrates walls better, this is preferred. Ensure you are searching for and trying to connect to a 2.4 Ghz network. The unit has a WiFi indicator that will blink when in pairing mode. It MUST BLINK RAPIDLY TO CONNECT. However, it can also blink Quickly but will not connect. Ensure it is blinking RAPIDLY The app is very feature rich and will take some time to understand and set up but does afford a lot of control over the switch.
