Smart Light Switch, WiFi Switch Touch Wall Switch 1 Gang, Compatible with Alexa Google Home

To start off, the vendor I bought this through Lesim is very helpful and responsive. 5 stars for the vendor! The vendor sent some instructions along with my first purchase that were very helpful. The switch looks nice and works well with Alexa. You first must set it up with the Smart Life app, but once you link the app with your Amazon account it merges with Alexa seamlessly. When you install an additional switch it auto adds to Alexa. My issue is quality. I have installed 5 of these switches in my house so far and 1 failed out of the box and needed a replacement. (Amazon was very responsive and quick about replacing it.) When reading other reviews before I started buying these switches I found others had this failure rate issue as well, but the ones that worked (most of them) were liked. As with most electronics, these are made in China. That old adage regarding Chinese manufacturing quality not always being too high seems to hold up with this product. If you are expecting to do a larger installation project all at the same time, then you may want a spare or two on hand.

Love our smart switches. Technology is amazing! We bought one 2 gang. The kitchen area has two entries, yet only a light switch on one side. One switch controls the 4 bar lights, which we kept separate. The other switch controls 6 can lights. Using one of the gangs in our kitchen, we can now simply ask Alexa to turn on the kitchen when we find ourselves working in the dark. The second gang we put in the garage to control our outside lights. Now when my husband comes home in the dark, I simply ask Alexa to turn on garage lights, plus we can turn them on when were out together. Easy to install, easy to operate.

Had these over a year now, they work great with our alexa.

Switch’s were nice in the beginning…. And then the problems started. They are constantly going offline… requiring me to flip breakers to get them to reset. On 4 of them the glass has come off and are falling down. Save your money get something else.

the wires coming with it is super short, so it makes the installation a disaster. Other than that, it is a great product

I purchased these light switches as an affordable alternative to other name brands on the market that were 3 times the price! After receiving them, I called an electrician and had them installed by a reputable professional in my local area. I proceeded to navigate the the instructions to pair them with my wifi and after a couple of times, I had all the light switches paired and working great. Hopefully time will tell if they will last - I would say the only con of these lights is the housing itself is a little bigger than standard lights which is completely understandable, So if you will be installing multiple switches in a 2, 3, or 4 gang wall unit; you will have to space them accordingly in order for them to fit just right.

I really like these for my exterior light switches. I can set a timer when they come on at night and turn off in the morning. That way no one knows when your out of town by just leaving them on our of the whole time out of town which gives me peace of mind.

We feel so much safer being able to control our lighting with Alexa no matter where we are. The face itself is a touchplate you can turn on and off with a light tap. However, this was incredibly difficult to install. Im sure its because we we were switching out standard plates/wiring in an older home. If you will be doing the same, you will need a larger electric box to hold this. Otherwise great upgrade for any home.

Works otherwise, but I wanted it for a bedroom and it is very bright and distracting.
