> 3 dayThey are great, the only issue was the network connectivity. It comes for 2Ghz when most of the internet in houses today are 5Ghz. Beyond that all good. Compatible with Alexa

> 3 dayIn the process of changing out my traditional light switches with smart switches i have purchased some other brands but this switch seemed of higher quality. instructions were clear and the installation was easy. Connects quickly to my network (I use the smart life app and google home) and looks great I would highly recommend, and will look purchase additional switches from this company

> 3 daySwitches worked great! Connected instantly to WiFi. I do not have Alexa etc. so didnt try that functionality. As long as you know basic electrical work IE knowing load, line, neutral and ground, installation is easy and straight forward. Only reason did not give 5 starts as I was disappointed there was really no programming instructions provided. Tech support gets 5 stars as I queried about programming and they answered same day! Great Tech Support.

> 3 dayThis was easy to install. App is ok, but i use google home to voice control the switches. Integration between apps was easy. I now have every switch in my home replaced with these smart switches. Great value for your money and works perfectly! I will offer a bit of tech advise. These switches run off of 2.4ghz wifi, now why is this important to note? Some of the newer routers even those stock from internet provider, come with automatic switching betwee 2.4ghz and 5ghz. This is usually achieved by using the same ssid. Well, most smart phones connect to 5ghz automatically when possible. So when you are initially setting up this product i recommend you either manually switch to 2.4ghz on your phone or temporarily disable the 5ghz on your router. If your switch is on 2.4ghz and your phone is on 5ghz the app will not find the device.

Greater than one weekIm fairly tech savvy, so setting up their app and then granting permissions in Google Home was pretty simple. It joined the network easily, tool the password the first time and the scheduling features are spot on. Did testing to make sure its not just flipping the binary (so a turn on command would turn it off if it was already on) and the ability to group the lights in Google Home and voice control mean it doesnt matter where the switch is in the house. Awesome for automating outside lights.

07-06-2025Ive had them for over a year now and they have performed great. I havent had any connection issues that sometimes come with other smart products. They look really nice and people notice them and ask questions. Install was fairly easy but not sure just anybody can do it but for someone with a little to some electric skills can do fairly easily. Come with nice labels for the wires so they can be labeled each and makes it easy if you ever needed to go back in. Paired with Alexa once and it has worked flawless ever since. Ive had some smart product eventually disconnect or unpair and would have to go through the pairing process again but these have never had any problems with that. If WiFi goes out they always connect back after the WiFi comes back up. I recommend these for anyone who uses Alexa to make your home smarter and great for lazy people who have their light switch or fan switch on other side of the room!

> 3 dayInstalled with no difficulty. Downloaded app. Went through complex programming; guidance available only in app and very awkward. Worked manually and through scheduled on and off for a few days. Then scheduled functions did not occur. Still worked manually and showed operation to be scheduled but all failed to occur. Repeated app download and set up several times, still no response to scheduled events. Removed and replaced with KASA.

> 3 dayThese take up a lot more room in your electrical box inside the wall. If you can put a deeper one in that would be beneficial. And if your house is anything like mine get some electrical tape and an assortment of wire nuts.

> 3 dayNote, these REQUIRE a 4th neutral wire! I had to have our Contractor run a 4th wire in order for these to work. After that, no issues. Easy Alexa integration.
