> 3 day1st, bought in July 2020. I don’t recall any issues installing it, and it has been paired with my system with no issues since. 2nd, the reason for my review - it did become disconnected from my Wi-Fi and I couldn’t figure out how to reconnect it (I got rid of the directions like a fool). Reached out to tech support and got it figured out quickly. So when you pair the switch, it has two modes for pairing. If you can’t pair it with the first mode (fast blinking lights), switch the nose to the second mode (slow blinking lights). The way to activate pairing mode is turn it on - off - on - off - on. After a few seconds the light should start flashing fast. To make it go to 2nd mode, same thing. (Off since you’re starting from on) - on - off - on - off - on. 2nd mode will have the switch create a Wi-Fi network you join and then add through the app. If that makes no sense, sorry, but reach out to the company! Only negative is the blue lights on the switch don’t turn off and act as a bit of a night light at night. Other than that, this has been great.

> 3 dayIve had them for over a year now and they have performed great. I havent had any connection issues that sometimes come with other smart products. They look really nice and people notice them and ask questions. Install was fairly easy but not sure just anybody can do it but for someone with a little to some electric skills can do fairly easily. Come with nice labels for the wires so they can be labeled each and makes it easy if you ever needed to go back in. Paired with Alexa once and it has worked flawless ever since. Ive had some smart product eventually disconnect or unpair and would have to go through the pairing process again but these have never had any problems with that. If WiFi goes out they always connect back after the WiFi comes back up. I recommend these for anyone who uses Alexa to make your home smarter and great for lazy people who have their light switch or fan switch on other side of the room!

> 3 dayWorks well once installed, had very hard time pairing it to the network although everything was correct. After 4 or 5 times of attempts I finally got it paired using their alternative method. Also the instructions do not match the current app layout

> 3 dayI love the fact I can turn on my fan when my husband leaves for work in the morning, and then turn it off when I want to get out of bed without getting too cold. Very easy to install, very easy to set up. My only issue, and its probably just me, is that the light is a little bright, so the LED light thats in the switch itself is kind of bright.
