Beware you need a neutral wire to connect this to your wall. If you are not sure what to do, call an expert. If your existing switch only has two wires hooked to them, look the for the third one, should be there. You only need to add a small section to connect it to your new switch. Get some cable from your hardware store, if you dont know wich one, ask the sales person. Again, if you dont want to go over the trouble, get an expert.

I really like these for my exterior light switches. I can set a timer when they come on at night and turn off in the morning. That way no one knows when your out of town by just leaving them on our of the whole time out of town which gives me peace of mind.

After installation there was no power output from the switch. It was not working. The electrician confirmed that the Switch was defective. I reinstated my old Manual Switch and it worked. Please send me replacement. Update - 03rd Feb 2023 After reporting 1 unit was malfunctioning this supplier sent me an immediate replace, no questions asked!! I installed it and they work great! Thank You very much for the excellent Customer Service. I will continue to purchase your products! Update - March 25th 2023 - These people actually had the audacity to send a replacement and Charge me for it although they sent a Defective Product!! They charged my credit card without my consent!!! These people are not to be trusted and never purchase their products EVER!!!

the wires coming with it is super short, so it makes the installation a disaster. Other than that, it is a great product

I mounted 2 of these to control my exterior lights. I could only get one to connect to my phone. They do not have a dusk to dawn setting, so I have to change the on and off times to match the sunrise and sunset times.

I bought 2 of these. And the first one isntalled pretty easily. But why they use stranded wire for the neutral and ground extensions is beyond me. They dont want to stay in when screwed down. So you have to either solder them or play twist it to make it extra thick. My household wires (not stranded) tapped down very well and never game out. Now for the reason Im upset. One of them the switch was in the package upside down. Immediately my spidey senses said....hmmmm...Did someone return this because it didnt work. And then I noticed the stickers for labeling my ground, live, neutral, and load wires were missing in that package. But I go and install them anyway. And sure enough one of them is simply broken. So now I have to uninstall it all and send back. Complete waste of my time for something they knew was going to happen. I understand cheap stuff from china will break. But they sold a used item to me as new. very unsat! now I have to do a return...unisntall...reinstall.

Bought this for my kitchen -- over sink and main kitchen light. An electrician installed, and I said I would take care of the wifi part. This one was a different brand than Id previously purchased. After multiple tech support (Amazon) chats, multiple App downloads, I still couldnt get it to connect to my wifi. I gave up for a month. Retackled it today after reading another review which mentioned a different app. Downloaded that, reset the switch, and was finally able to get connected and get Alexa to turn my lights off and on. Interestingly enough -- when I connected to Alexa, both apps showed up (Smart Home and Turo). So, YAY. Electrician had no problems with install and now that its working, I love it -- the same as all my other Alexa controlled items :D.

Works well once installed, had very hard time pairing it to the network although everything was correct. After 4 or 5 times of attempts I finally got it paired using their alternative method. Also the instructions do not match the current app layout

Im fairly tech savvy, so setting up their app and then granting permissions in Google Home was pretty simple. It joined the network easily, tool the password the first time and the scheduling features are spot on. Did testing to make sure its not just flipping the binary (so a turn on command would turn it off if it was already on) and the ability to group the lights in Google Home and voice control mean it doesnt matter where the switch is in the house. Awesome for automating outside lights.
