LOVE love love it!!! Im using this with the tabletop amish style swift and it works fantasticly!! It can handle large skeins. Seems to be very well made. Ive not had any problems winding yarn.

Extremely well made and efficient. I wasted money on a cheaper plastic warn winder I purchased a while back. I was tired of struggling to get a nice cake and decided to go for the tip if the line. Best knitting purchase Ive made!

I dont usually write reviews but this product works so good, I had to give it to them. I had a knit picks winder that stopped working for me. I decided to go with a winder that seemed to be a little sturdier. I wind A Lot of yarn. This winder is sturdy, Quiet...did I say Quiet, and fast. I was able to get 6 large skeins wound in 15 minutes. It was packaged nicely in order to protect the winder. Love, Love, Love it! It may be a little more expensive than some of the cheaper plastic winders, but this winder works like a dream. It is worth it to invest a little more money to get the quality and the speed that this device provides. Did I mention it was so quiet?!?! Love it!!

This is well made and makes lovely yarn cakes. Honestly, I didn’t want to pay this price at first so I bought a less expensive one. I hated the thing; it was cheaply made and couldn’t handle anything larger than 6 oz (I believe it as) and with every single cake made I wasted half the time untangling yarn from around the mechanisms. I finally invested the money in the Stanwood and I am so glad I did. Very quick and smooth and it makes nice large and neat yarn cakes. I now recommend to everyone that they go ahead and spend more for this baller...anything less is inadequate.

Amazing product. Exceeded my expectations. I looked a long time for a jumbo sized winder. I just love winding yarn now. If only takes a few minutes instead of an hour or more by hand. No more knots!!

Its wonderful. I should have bought this one ages ago. It certainly works better than the electric one that I purchases a couple of years ago.
