I’d wanted one of these for a long time. I’m SO glad I bought one! It’s well built, easy to use and has saved me much time rolling my yarn into balls that are tend to fall on the floor and roll away. Money well spent!!

I purchased one of these thinking that is was a good value. I have had it for a little over a year and have found it to be rough, jerky and a little difficult to use. I recently purchased a wooden one from another manufacturer that costs a little more and it is a MUCH better winder. The wooden one is smooth and much easier to use.

I love this item! It has helped me to organize my yarn better. Just be sure to keep the yarn taut as you reel it up. Yarn does not get knotted when I use the spools. I love it!

Sturdy, easy to assemble and use; this is definitely a winder that can take regular use! It hasnt slipped once during now three solid days of fairly consistent winding.

I recently got this ball winder as a replacement for my second ball winder. The first two I had were mostly plastic and both had failed on me due to the plastic construction, When I saw this one, the fact that it was mostly metal was what caught my attention. The price was in the ballpark of the latest dead ball winder, so I went for it.

I was hoping to condense the space of my embarrassingly large yarn collection and ensure the yarn stays in good shape. I have wound about a dozen cakes so far and the yarn winder works well. It is vey easy to assemble and use with virtually no issues.

Love it! As a crochet designer, I wish I had bought one of these a long, long time ago! Makes winding yarn a joy.

So sturdy and easy to use! I dont have any fears of this breaking (especially when my partner winds for me and he really cranks it!).
