My wife loves it. It makes stable balls that pull from the centre. She is even rerolling some store bought balls that tend to tangle. Very happy with purchase.

There was only 1 piece that I had to attach when I received the package as well as putting on the cone. The winder is very easy to attach to a table and load the yarn. The handle and gears turn very smoothly. There is some noise that did not bother me at all. A big plus is being able to wind bigger cakes of yarn. I would highly recommend purchasing this ball winder.

I love this .. This machine is very much worth the extra cost. The cheaper one tangles and I wasted more time untangling than actually winding yarn. I absolutely love this and went straight to work on my zillions of skiens of yarn and it went quickly.

LOVE this winder! Make yarn cakes much faster and with less effort than the smaller size. Can wind any amount, even a small cake.

I purchased this mostly to wind up leftover skeins, as I dont use hanks very often. And it works like a dream, on skeins both large and small! Its a nice heavy weight and though its a little loud, its very easy to set up and use. I definitely recommend this winder to anyone whos in the market for one!
