> 24 hourSeems like a decent deal. Be aware, do not use the screw assembly the send! They do not stay in the square holes, they pop out the back, then if you w as nt yo ever remove the unit from the rack, the screa strips into the nut assembly then you cant get it out. I even tried vise grips to grab the nut from the backside, it was impossible to grab the nut, too tight of space. I tried everything. But eventually, the ears on my dbx compressor took too much stress and broke off. Huge loss for a nut that probably only cost a penny. Anyways, buy aftermarket assemblies before screwing in your units....

> 24 hourI had another, bigger rack that was sticking out too far in my basement storage room. This one has sides on it, where the other rack was wide open. The only holding it back from 5 stars is the price. Its a piece of formed/bent metal with holes in the front for your switches and patch panels. It might cost $40 to actually make it.

> 24 hourHolds everything it needs. Its stable when mounted. I mounted wood to the wall prior to mounting the rack. It arrived a bit bent where the devices mount, but I was able to straighten it out with a pliers and after securing a device to the rack, it worked itself out. It organizes everything nicely. There are enough screws and mount clips to do what you need.

> 24 hourThis is a very well made and priced rack. The only negative is one week after mounting it using the included mounting hardware in drywall it fell off the wall at 1:30AM!! Looking at the mounts the plastic Anchors actually broke (never seen that before), and there was less than 10lbs on the rack ( only three slots were used). Buy, but use different wall mounting anchors!!

> 24 hourOverall, this is a solid 6U rack, but there are some definite issues if you attach it to a wall. 1. The screws and wall anchors are a disaster waiting to happen. Theres no way that it will hold for a long period of time. You will need to use your own screws, preferably 2 wood screws and will need to drill directly into the stud. If you dont have studs around the area, then you will need to put some backing boards and will need to install into those. Not the prettiest if it is being installed outside of a closet, but the artwork should be left up to you. 2. There is only enough screws to install 3 units. Why? Why would I not be provided with the full 24 screws needed instead of just 12. Horrible. Decking an entire star because of this nonsense.

> 24 hourSo the material is pretty sturdy like most people have said but not sure it was mentioned anywhere it only comes with 12 screws for a 6u case so unless your mounting things that only require one screw per side you will come up 12 screws short so pick up some M6 cabinet hardware. Also there is a cross bar in the top of the shelf so the top 1u is best used for a patch panel of something super small.

> 24 hourThe unit was not square with the rails being wider than 19 inches. I had to unscrew the brace and bend unit back to square. Then I had to mive the brace back because it was in the way and wouldnt allow a 3 inch unit to be mounted correctly in the first slot. I had to drill new holes and temount the brace. Additionall the unit is heavy so make sure it gets mounted to studs in the wall and do not use the included anchors in wall material that is not reinforced.

> 24 hourNeeded to replace a wall mounted amp and this worked perfect with the rack mounted amp that replaced it!
