> 3 dayRecent versions of this have the holes 16-inches on center for stud-mounting and it makes a difference. Extremely sturdy for my shallow depth networking equipment.

> 3 dayThis is a VERY NICE network chassis for a small home network! Im glad to have purchased it. My only complaint is they do not offer more screws, washers and nut clips. There are only 12 sets in the pkg. Look for their 50 pack of screw sets sold separately. I didnt know this when I purchased this chassis.

31-03-2025easy to mount, make sure your power cord is a 90 degree end as there isnt much room behind when a switch is mounted in rack.

> 3 dayThe network cables in my apartment terminate an a fairly awkward spot for a desk or a shelf, but its a decent position for an end table. I bought this rack (and the LACK table from ikea if anyone else want to do something similar) for that purpose and it works very well. However, this 8U rack only comes with 6U worth of mounting hardware. I could not find that information in the text areas of the product page, but the last picture does say that only 24 sets of the nuts and bolts come with it. I have to take one star off because the BOM should be prominently listed on the page. The product description says that the cage nuts and screws are included. In my opinion, a reasonable interpretation of that is when buying an 8U rack with included hardware, the product would include 8U worth of hardware. Its not necessarily a deal breaker, I just think that the count of hardware should be explicitly stated in the product description if you are only going to receive 75% of what could be reasonably expected. But like I said, not a deal breaker in my case because this project is planned to take a few months and I only have 6U worth of devices anyway. But that is just my specific situation. Tl; dr: Please keep in mind, you will only be able to mount 6, 1U devices in this 8U rack without buying additional hardware. Thats a product page issue, but the product itself is exactly as advertised.

> 3 dayI recently purchased a house and decided I was going to run ethernet all throughout it. I put in around 40 ports (which might seem excessive for a 3 bedroom house under 1200 square feet but can you ever be TOO connected?). I needed a basic IDF to connect all the ports to, but didnt want to pay for or deal with the side of a full rack. This little 6U guy worked perfectly! I have a tray on top, two patch panels, a 48 port switch and a rack mounted PDU... and still have one U to spare! Im thinking of putting in a camera system as well as whole home audio. When I do, this unit will be a little too small, but so far I like it so much that Im considering just buying a 2nd one. The unit is very sturdy and looks pretty slick with its black powder coating. I dont think much could possibly go wrong with this thing, although I do wish that it came with a few more rack nuts.

> 3 dayThe physical description online is exactly what I received. I put in a patch panel, network switch, UPS battery back up, surge protectors to make a small network tidy and functional. I couldt ask for more. Very sturdy rack.

> 3 dayVery happy with this rack. Much stronger than I expected, even without the top brace. The square holes are cut perfectly to allow for easy installation of cage nuts and mounting holes are perfectly 16 on center. Was also really pleased with the level of packaging in the box to ensure that there was no damage in transit. In the rack is: 1U AC Infinity 10 shelf Cable Matters 24 slot keystone patch panel IFJF wire management 24 Port TP-Link gigabit switch 1U AC Infinity blank plate Tripp Litte 12 socket PDU

> 3 daySome of the 1U devices items fit really tight and the mounting holes may be too close vertically.
