> 3 dayThis rack is the best for the money. I just needed a small rack and didnt want to pay a fortune for a simple piece of shaped metal. This one works well comes with all the screws you need to mount your gear. I think others have mentioned that the unit is often bent when it arrives. This was true for me as well. One side of the frame was bent in but really wasnt a big issue. I just used a rubber mallet to hammer the top support and side. It bent right back into place without a problem.

> 3 dayThe reviews for this product seem to be mixed, but theyre not all for the exact same product. This review is for the 6U product. Its pretty study especially with the top brace; it can be moved to the bottom if necessary. Brace protrudes into the rack unit immediately adjacent; youll probably want to remove it if you plan to install anything other than a patch panel in that rack unit. Sturdy especially with the brace. 16 inches on center. Doesnt come with enough cage nuts and screws. In the box was only 12 cage nuts and screws (enough for 3 devices).

> 3 dayIts a nice little rack to mount in your basement or in a wiring closet at an office (provided your switches are less than 12 inches deep). Its pretty sturdy for what it is. I have a Dell Powerconnect 5324 switch, a shelf with a DSL modem/router combo and a NAS, a patch panel, and a cable management bar. It has four mounting points on the back, so you can screw it right onto a piece of ply wood mounted into the wall (which is what I did), or into a couple studs, or whatever you want. The only reason Im deducting a star is because the cage nuts are a pain and the screws use an allen wrench (I would have preferred Phillips screws). In summary, its a nice, sturdy rack for the price. Just make sure you have cage nuts in addition to screws and make sure your equipment is less than 12 inches deep. UPDATE: This thing is very strong! I was a bit nervous, but I put a UPS that weighs about 20lbs in it and its holding it fine.

01-04-2025Purchased this case for my new network a few months ago. Everything fits perfectly on it. It is of adequate gauge steel, so it serves its purpose. Would have been great if it would have come with a bottom vent cover. That would make for a cleaner final install, so I had to create my own. Overall good product and would recommend.

> 3 dayThis panel is exactly what I needed in my home server room to organize all of my data lines. I also bought a number of inserts for the panel box and everything fit perfectly. Very pleased with the purchase.

Greater than one weekExcellent construction. It works well for patch panels, power, and maybe a CloudKey, but it won’t work for long equipment like an NVR or full server

> 3 dayIts a rack, does its job. The accuracy of the cutouts isnt the best. The top U is blocked by the bar going across the top.
