> 3 dayDecent quality, good value but doesnt include necessary hardware to fill the 6u. Only includes half the hardware needed to be able to fill rack.

> 3 dayThis is a great rack in terms of overall appearance and build quality so I can easily recommend it. While the cable management cutouts are not sharp they are still metal and therefore have the potential to damage cables over time. The addition of rubber or plastic grommets here would be a good idea. Also, as others have noted it should come with enough cage nuts to properly complement its 6U size.

> 3 dayWell built 6U rack. The only negative thing is that I wouldnt trust the drywall anchors that the provided with the rack. I upgrade to toggle anchors (which maybe overkill, but better safe than sorry) to help ensure it doesnt rip out of the drywall.

> 3 dayI purchased this with the 1u rack, a power supply, cable management, 24 port cat panel, 24 POE switch, and two modem lines into one (Peplink) for my home network. That rack holds my two DSL modems, Unifi Dream Machine (not pro), my Pi4 with two external hard drives. Well worth the money. I had to put the support brace on the bottom and flip it around to make use of all my space. Honestly, I dont think the brace is even needed, but thats what I did to not have floating pieces and get the full use.

02-06-2025I recently migrated my home network into a more manageable wired network and wanted to be able to convert a junk coat closet into a network closet. The rack I had already purchased was way too small (4u, 6in deep) and cost twice as much. I ordered and received this rack the next day and had everything mounted in a few minutes. The rack only came with 12 screws/cage nuts, but I can deal with that until I can get some more. Otherwise, the 6u rack is durable and perfect for what I intended.

> 3 dayIts a nice little rack to mount in your basement or in a wiring closet at an office (provided your switches are less than 12 inches deep). Its pretty sturdy for what it is. I have a Dell Powerconnect 5324 switch, a shelf with a DSL modem/router combo and a NAS, a patch panel, and a cable management bar. It has four mounting points on the back, so you can screw it right onto a piece of ply wood mounted into the wall (which is what I did), or into a couple studs, or whatever you want. The only reason Im deducting a star is because the cage nuts are a pain and the screws use an allen wrench (I would have preferred Phillips screws). In summary, its a nice, sturdy rack for the price. Just make sure you have cage nuts in addition to screws and make sure your equipment is less than 12 inches deep. UPDATE: This thing is very strong! I was a bit nervous, but I put a UPS that weighs about 20lbs in it and its holding it fine.

Greater than one weekI was pleasantly surprised by this rack. Frankly I expected something more flimsy based on a couple other reviews, but its actually nicely made and quite sturdy especially when you put in a few components. I have not mounted it on the wall just yet - but I expect that to go easily. Pros: - Sturdy - Powder coat finish - even. No sharp edges. Cons: - Only comes with (12) M6 screws/nuts which basically gives you 3 components you can mount in this rack. I would have at least put 20 or 24 because you are likely to fill it up completely and not a large cost over all (perhaps a few pennies?). Plan to get a few more screw/nuts if you have more than 3 items going in this rack. There are a few options on amazon (unfortunately most come in a 25 or 50 pack ... and are silver not black ... at least that I could find). I bought this for managing the nerve center on my new house still under construction ... so it will house my modem, router, a switch, NAS, power strip, patch panel and with a bit of room for a 1U NAS/Server down the road - tbd. Will update after the install but expect this to be a winner.

> 3 dayAlways buy one size bigger than what you think you need. Bought a 4u now I need a 6u :/ Great for the price.

> 3 dayAssuming you mounted it properly to studs, this thing is incredibly sturdy. Should be able to support any equipment no problem.
