> 24 hourWe got these for both the car seat and stroller when my daughter was potty training. They fit well in all the different strollers and carseats we have. She never had an accident on them but did spill a large cup of water on her lap. The piddle pad absorbed all the water and there was none on the car seat. We still have it on the carseat since it is good for spills and easier to shake out crumbs/etc then vacuuming.

> 24 hourI have two little ones. My youngest is still in [cloth] diapers and occasionally there is some leakage on road trips or long days when it is hot or warm out and weve had a lot to drink. This item superbly protected the car sear. If youve ever had to remove a car seat cover from the actual seat for washing every single time there was a food/beverage stain or potty accident (that absolutely stinks to high heaven once dry) then you know what a pain that is. Spend the coins and save yourself that fight, this slips on over the latch and comes right out for washing, meanwhile protecting the seat cover from nasty stains (should you want to sell or donate it later). I definitely recommend it

> 24 hourThis car seat pad is a life saver!!! It’s soft and absorbent. My daughter has pee accidents sometimes when she falls asleep in the car seat. I was tired of taking the car seat apart to clean. My only complaint is every time she hops in her car seat it slides back so I have to pull it forward.

> 24 hourCar seats are usually annoying to install, much less to uninstall and reinstall over every food spill or bathroom accident. That is the reason why I bought this piddle pad because my wife and I were getting extremely annoyed with having to take the car seat out, pull off the cover/liner, wash it, then replace the cover and then reinstall the car seat. It seemed like we were having to do this every other day. Since we bought the pad, it has reduced this quite a bit. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is that we still had some pee seep through the access hole for the belt connector that is between my sons legs. He evidently was sitting in just the right spot for some liquid to get through. Other than this (not even sure if the pad is at fault here, just the way it has to be designed), we have been very pleased with this product. It also washes easily and dries very quickly. Id recommend purchasing two (one to switch out while the other one is being cleaned).

> 24 hourThis is a great product. My son outgrew the car seat insert but still needed something to protect the seat in case of blowouts. This pad fit my baby trend car seat perfectly and has worked great at containing any messes. My only issue is that, since its black, you cant see if there is a mess in the car seat and have to feel for it, which isnt the most pleasant thing to do. Overall, I would totally recommend this product and have already purchased a second as a back up pad for our diaper bag.

> 24 hourI purchased 3 carseat liners to test them myself. The Britax Seat Saver Waterproof liner, the Summer Infant total coverage car piddlepad and the Summer infant deluxe piddle pad. I put them on our high chairs, poured 1/4 cup water on each of them and waited 5 minutes to see what would happen. The Britax soaked in all the water, but the bottom side was totally dry. The Summer infant deluxe piddle pad came in 2nd, while it soaked in some of the water some stayed beaded up on top of the fabric. None leaked through the bottom. Finally, the Summer total coverage piddlepad came in last. None of the liquid soaked through, it all stayed beaded up on top. So if it was urine, taking a kid out of the seat it would have run all over and still made a mess. No liqud soaked through the fabric so I cant really say if the bottom liner is waterproof or not. We are returning both summer piddle pads and purchasing more of the Britax for both of our cars. FYI if you are considering the summer piddle pads, they are exactly the same size (though one advertises extra large waterproof protection). The same pattern is used to make both pads. The Britax has the most coverage out of all 3 models. I hope that helps!

> 24 hourWhen we started potty training our two year old, I immediately looked for something that would save us in the event of an accident in the car. I came upon this item and love it. It couldnt be any easier to place in the seat. You just pull the buckle through the hole and youre ready to go. If it gets dirty, just throw it into the washer and air dry. THe best part is how absorbent this piddle is with liquids. My son has urinated, spilled water, and sat in a wet swimsuit in the piddle and yet it absorbs it all. An added bonus, if you slow your children to eat in the car and their seat gets dirty, this protects the seat off and you dont have to take the whole car seat apart to clean the seat. Best buy and bang for your buck. It makes your life easier.

> 24 hourI have 2 of these in my car. One in my daughters convertible car seat and one spare in case of an accident-- dont want her sitting one a wet liner nor do I want to take the chance of sitting her directly in her seat in case we have 2 accidents in 1 day. However, when I purchase this one recently I didnt realize it was exactly what I had. I needed one with a higher backing to help protect my sons infant car seat from blowouts. So I returned this one and ordered a different one to try. However this one is great for toddler leaks that dont go up the back! Lol.

> 24 hourGot this for our mostly potty trained 2 year old. It tends to scoot back under him when he scoots back in his seat which is kind of a pain. We havent had a lot of leak expierence but of 2 accidents weve had one still got the car seat wet, not soaked, but significantly wet. That may also have been due to the scooting back issue as well. Also it is air dry which is kind of a bummer but they dont take too terribly long and it is certainly preferable to undoing the car seat cover and straps to wash and dry it. Overall its good but dont expect it to stop any heavy leaks and if you have an accident prone toddler I would probably get 2 to rotate because of dry time :)

> 24 hourMy sister has something like this for her potty-training daughter, but she couldnt remember the name of it; so I did a search and looked at the various reviews for this type of product. I decided on the Piddle Pad and bought two of these in advance of a 21 hour road trip with two toddlers in diapers, in case of spills or leaky diapers. I liked that they were machine washable and had the crotch seatbelt protection area. First day of the road trip our 2 year olds diaper leaked. I was so glad we had the Piddle Pad, otherwise it would have been a plastic bag under his butt for the next leg of the journey. But the car seat was dry! We just grabbed the other Piddle Pad from our 1 year olds seat (her diapers werent as likely to leak) and stuck the wet Piddle Pad in a bag with the wet clothes to wash when we got to our destination. Before the end of the trip, another diaper had leaked onto the Piddle Pad. So they both got good use protecting the car seats from leaks and saving me a lot of hassle! And with potty training in the near future (hopefully), these will come in handy for that too. A great investment for long trips, short trips, potty training and just general car seat protection from spills and leaks of diapers or sippy cups/bottles!
