This device is not plug and play, you will spend most of the time the first time you use it with set up and the rest of that time dialing in your settings for the game you want to use it with. But, once you do get it where you want it, it works fantastic and I can’t play cockpit games without it anymore, unless the game is VR

Auto detect setup is awkward. Head tracking is very good and eye tracking requires getting use to. Overall, better than TIR 4, but pricey.

The ability to head one direction in a dogfight, while looking around hands free is incomparable to any other capability in-game. Truly changes the experience similarly to VR without the hot uncomfortable headset. Could be cheaper, but it works perfectly, much better than its competition.

For $230 this isn’t really fantastic value but if you have money to blow I definitely recommend it because it’s one of the coolest things I’ve ever bought. It’s super easy to setup and works fine for me without ever glitching out or mistracking. Works fine with my glasses as well which I thought might be an issue. Ya overall it’s just a $230 gimmick but at least it’s cool.

Treid this with my LG C1 48 OLED and it is definitely too big. I also have glasses and that may have impacted the tracking, but I couldnt get this to function as well as I wanted. I am also fairly sensitive to input lag, and this certainly had a noticeable amount. This could definitely be because of the big display + distance I was sitting from it, but Ive heard other users mention input lag as a turn-off for this product. Overall, its really neat and I wish I could use it! Hopefully a future version supports bigger displays and lower processing time / input lag.

I ordered this product as my first head tracking software/hardware (against recommendations for TrackIR). I had never used eye/head tracking movement and was hoping to use this in MSFS 2020. I learned why I was warned against this product pretty quickly and ended up returning it the next day. Pros: -The quality of the product feels and looks good. Its lightweight but feels durable. -Easy setup and installations of the software (however the software does have like 1.5 stars on the windows store and there isnt much you can do within the software itself -Thats really all the pros I can think of Cons: -WARNING TO CURVED MONITOR USERS. Advertising says this will work with a curved monitor, and yes it will, BUT, the mounting bracket is not curved so you will have some adhesive stick, and some that will be handing off due the curved monitor. It does stick, but slightly annoying that some adhesive does not stick to the monitor due to the design of the bracket. My 27 MSI curved monitor was not a good fit, but yours may have better luck -The eye tracking and head tracking combined are UNSTABLE and UNUSABLE in MSFS. I tried for over 3 hours to dial in my settings and sensitivities to no avail. Want to tune a radio frequency? Good luck. Want to set your squawk code? Good luck. The sensors will not focus on one thing, you will constantly be moving around and unable to make any radio/button/switch/anything changes. Overall, useless for me in MSFS. This seems like a cool product with all the AI and other marketing garbage, but it still has a LONG way to go before this is useful in any sort of flight simulator. Ive been playing flight simulators for over 10 years now, and this was one of the worst products Ive ever purchased that specifically markets for flight simmers.

It was incredibly easy to set up, and it works almost immediately. No issues, have been using it for over a month.

Im quadriplegic and I currently use a Tobii 4C to control nearly all parts of my computer. Thats possible with Windows 10s Eye Control feature. As soon as I learned that Tobii had a successor for its 4C, I was excited to upgrade. When I plugged it in, I was dismayed to discover that the Tobii 5 isnt recognized by Eye Control. Theres no indication of this in the product description. Tobiis customer support also informed me that the 4C had been discontinued and tried to upsell me to its line of products intended specifically for disabled customers. They cost multiple thousands of dollars, which I dont have. I added one extra star because Amazon gave me a full refund. If you are disabled, and need an eye tracker for full computer control, DO NOT buy the Tobii 5!

Im satisfied with the product. However, there are many complaints about the delivery service. Despite the high price of the product, it was delivered so that it was treated as a regular mail rather than a parcel at the time of delivery, and as a result, the product was delivered to the mailbox without being delivered directly to me. Its an expensive product, but if its delivered to the mailbox like this, theres a risk of loss, and its not easy to recognize whether the product has been delivered or not. Im very dissatisfied with this.

First, since its an object of some contention, I have my Eye Tracker mounted at the bottom of a 32 4K monitor, and it actually works really well with that setup. Fine tuning the responsiveness has been the hardest part, as using the Eye Tracker actually caused me some significant neck strain before I got everything all figured out. Eye Tracker or Head Tracker actually short-sells the product. Its a controller. Like a mouse, keyboard, HOTAS setup, or a console style gaming controller. It becomes an absolutely integral part of the games with which it functions. It tracks my eyes and head movement remarkably well, and I expect that my experience will only improve with time and software/driver updates. I cannot imagine playing a flight simulator without this technology, now that Ive owned it. It would be the same horror Id experience if I went back from a HOTAS throttle/joystick to a keyboard/mouse.
