Im satisfied with the product. However, there are many complaints about the delivery service. Despite the high price of the product, it was delivered so that it was treated as a regular mail rather than a parcel at the time of delivery, and as a result, the product was delivered to the mailbox without being delivered directly to me. Its an expensive product, but if its delivered to the mailbox like this, theres a risk of loss, and its not easy to recognize whether the product has been delivered or not. Im very dissatisfied with this.

Ok the product works but customer support sucks royally. I owned a 4C Tobii Eye Tracker and serial number is still in the Account. You cannot change it to the new one (which is the Eye Tracker 5) so you will have a hard time getting the new game that they promise. You will get a message saying Time for and Update? And to contact customer support. Since theres no instruction on how to update or upgrade your serial number they will give you the run around. You will think this should be easy to do and they should of put the game key in the package instead of saying register your product to get it. When clearly theres no step to register the product. BY THE WAY your serial number is on the box. And they dont even tell you that. It will say check log. So you will look up steps to check your log properly and theres no step. Most likely you will have to wait for 14 days and start sending nasty messages to them asking Wheres the game you promised me for buying your new product? All this can be avoided by adding the serial number in the box as well as the game key for the free game they promised. If an Old school Music DAW can do it. So can a high tech cutting edge Eye Tracker or the group of people creating it. Youve already did the hard part which is making the product. Putting the serial number and game key in the box isnt rocket science. Just saying.

The eyetracking device itself is great works well but the software that it comes with is is total complete garbage. The runtime service sometimes does not start when the PC boots up, the software sometime says that its not plugged in even though it is and windows recognizes it that its plugged in, and when your in the software the buttons to go to different menus disappear when you and caused the software crash.

Works great and makes games more immersive by allowing you to look around more naturally.

I have both the 4c and now this 5 and they both are great devices, but I could instantly tell a HUGE difference on responsiveness and precision! This thing is so accurate and smooth you wont regret it.. is a gamechanger for sure it makes for next level immersion in games Ive previously played before without the tracker. Like Im playing an entirely enhanced game were you just turn your head slightly and it pans the camera over for you or locks onto targets with your eyes plus much more. Solid purchase for sure

It works. But not the best for what you would expect. WAY overpriced for what it is. Cannot recommend for others to purchase.

It mounted just fine. Installation was cumbersome to actually use it on games theres other software you have to download and install that is not annotated in the postage stamp size installation card. Was fi ally able to get it working but it was very twitchy. I wound up returning it the next day

Fun to use, but the option to snap the mouse to it with small motions doesnt work reliably. Maybe it just needs better software.

Honestly it works well, but it’s just not a needed piece of hardware for most games. Just get a VR headset instead.
