> 3 dayI was completely satisfied with this product when I was using it on my 27 inch monitor. I recently switched to at 32 inch monitor and got the mounting kit for the Tobii Eye Tracker 5 and attached it to my new monitor. It seems to still work with ~90% with the eye tracking. I noticed when I was setting the eye tracker that the dots were not on the very edge of the monitor. In Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020, it works well. The head tracking works perfectly fine and the eye tracking works for most of the monitor, except for an inch or so around the edges. It really adds to making the game more immersive. I wonder if there is a way for Tobii to have the software have a choice for monitor sizes. That would be ideal so customers can have more choice and have 100% functionality.

> 3 dayThe universal mount. Sucks. But if you have a flat screen then you’re good. The tobii 5 is awesome, I have a curved screen, and I felt the mount could have been sent with better Velcro mounts. Or a versa style mounting system the Sits between the monitor and the versa mount or just screws into the versa mount area, and comes down from there to the bottom of the monitor. There are mounts like that for the older versions of Tobbi Eye tracker models.

> 3 dayEasy to install. Easy to set up. Little bit of messing around with the settings and in game settings. Got it exactly how I want in just a few minutes. This is a complete game changer. Lot of videos out there on settings also. Highly recommended.

> 3 dayVery nice product. Very accurate and quick resoponse. But! Windows 10 does not support this model. You have to install older version Windows eye control software. (I found the older version software from the link provided of this lady using this product on youtube. The software is from tobii customer support)

> 3 dayIve been using this for a while now, and I have two big complaints: 1. If you dont use an (amazing helpful, but unrelated) accessibility software called Talon Voice (mainly a voice control/dictation software that has the ability to integrate with Tobii), the actual functionality provided by Tobii is not particularly interesting or substantial. It only works with the handful of games that have been specifically developed by different game developers to support the Tobii eye tracker, and it doesnt honestly add much to those games. The Talon Voice software actually makes use of the Tobii eye tracker outside of just those select video games, and gives you a lot greater control in your desktop, web browser, file browsing, etc. I wouldve returned this device if it wasnt for the integration of the free Talon software. 2. Unlike the description provided, the Tobii eye tracker doesnt work very well if you wear glasses. I wear glasses 100% of the time, I cant see anything without them. I have tried a lot of configurations, angles, chair/monitor height, etc. with not much improvement. Bottom line: when wearing glasses the cursor is hard to control, the cursor can often be kind of shaky, and these issues are a lot worse near the edges of the screen...especially the bottom of the monitor near the tracker.

> 3 dayThis device is not plug and play, you will spend most of the time the first time you use it with set up and the rest of that time dialing in your settings for the game you want to use it with. But, once you do get it where you want it, it works fantastic and I can’t play cockpit games without it anymore, unless the game is VR

> 3 dayThis is a hardware/software product looking for a solution. - Mostly all hype! Nothing special over what is already available in games or windows 10 using standard mouse keyboard input. - Tobii Dims the screen - yeah if your screen supports Tobii. My $1500.00 4k monitor does not, but windows can power down my monitors when I am away from Keyboard and wake the monitors up when I touch the mouse/keyboard. -- Windows eye control - NOPE, not if you are using more than one monitor. If you are a serious gamer using 3 monitors - Tobii Eye Tracker offers little if any benefit. When Tobii 5 is enabled for most of the games I use that support Tobii 5 - games are actually harder to play when Tobii 5 is enabled. Tobii 5 is jerky, and prone to errors and also reduce the frame rates. In conclusion - I find no reason to use this technology especially if you are using a multiple monitor setup. Sending mine back for a refund because this product is mostly hype without a real purpose.

Greater than one weekI think the device should lower the price a bit as it works for eye tracking function only, not even have camera function for streaming
