04-06-2025This is a joy to use! Lights first time, every time. I really like the adjustable flow! A big improvement over my all or nothing friend of the past.

> 3 daySo I have a lot of fresh split wood, but theyre hard to get started. Not anymore! I just torch them till they blaze up. I needed a torch for my garage so its a two for one. I have it attached to a 20lb tank hose conversion, so I get unlimited torching.

> 3 dayWorks great on MAPP and propane. Nice flame pattern.

> 3 dayThe only problem I have with this torch is that the flame is broad and cannot be adjusted. It is impossible to apply pinpoint flame to something like the head of a bolt. The tip of the flame covers a 2 inch wide area no matter how you adjust the flow.

> 3 dayThis really puts out a lot of heat with regular propane. You can also use Map-Pro with this but I have not used that yet. You can heat fasteners up to about 1/2 inch diameter to a dull red hot for removal with this. Makes sweating copper easy. Unfortunately, real MAPP gas is no longer produced or you might be able to braze with this.

> 3 dayThe choice for Sous Vide searing. Honestly no need for a searzal unless you really dont know how to sear.

04-06-2025Maybe one of the best on the market. But don’t put it outside under freezing temperature. The contraction of the cast iron will block the button to ignite or got stuck to let your torch can’t stop

> 3 dayMostly useless adjustability and literally zero options for tip replacement pretty much destroy this review for me. For being Bernzos top of the line torch this thing should be pencil fine all the way to roaring hot. Its really neither and Im relatively upset that I purchased it. Dont be convinced by the Bernzomatic name, its pretty on par with or even slightly below every other adjustable torch on the market.

> 3 dayThe only one to own. Works every time, rugged, no clicking over and over like an idiot waiting for flame to take. Works upside down.
