> 24 hourPerfect to keep your subcompact/compact pistol away from your kids and for car storage when I cannot carry into a certain building. I wanted something that had a digital lock for faster access than something like a masterlock when it’s in the bedroom. Got the special edition cuz I love the olive drab color and I wanted the 4’ cable(which is thinner than I thought, but that’s okay) I have a super nice hiding spot in my car for it. I carry while driving normally so I don’t need fast access in my car. This could fit a compact but you can tell it’s meant for a subcompact. If I take out the fancy foam I can fit my shield with my extended 10rd mag along with an 8 AND 7 round mag (26 rounds of 9!) and a mag holder WITH my holster which is nice how I can throw my whole rig in there! Built well! The Manual key can unlock but not lock which is strange but not a dealbreaker. Don’t let these people that say it’s cheap plastic fool you. It’s a travel safe anyhow. Vaultek is quality.

> 24 hourWorks very well. I’ve not abused it or exposed it to water. Double check the product description. Water tight characteristic might be addressed. The clamps are tight.

> 24 hourThe technology is cool its not really something for permanent security but more for temporary like moving around or carrying your pistol. My only gripe and its not a huge one is that it can barely barely hold my sig 226. it holds my airweight smith and wesson though without issue but check the measurements its a tight fit.

> 24 hourI bought this for my Smith & Wesson m&p m2.0 compact 9mm. I have a custom Blacklist barrel witch sticks out about a half an inch thats threaded with thread protector cap. Gun just barely fits, had to trim the foam all the way to the top and the barrel to the plastic of the case. There is not enough pluck foam to to make an insert for an extra magazine.

> 24 hourFloats. Very portable! Convenient. High quality. Make sure you get the security update (a small plastic cover for inside the unit) that works as a preventative measure from possibly resetting the code. (New software prevents this, but not worth the risk, get the plastic cover...its free from the vaultek website). Stay safe!

> 24 hourExtremely impressed! I am pretty particular when it comes to things like this and I have a hard time pulling the trigger/deciding on purchases. So if that is you wondering if this is really the one you want without seeing it in person first...it is. You will not be disappointed. I don’t mind spending the money on quality items and this is a super nice portable lockbox. Very sleek and high end looking/feeling. I travel a lot for work and always driving. I ALWAYS have my firearm on me unless going into a place where I absolutely cannot carry and this is perfect for those situations. It’s also great when traveling through communist rules states where his majesty doth not allow thine peasants to carry arms. Buy it. You will like it and if you don’t it’s amazon just send her back.

> 24 hourAlthough the bag is really small and it’s a tight fit for the lock box is nice but too small for milt liking.

> 24 hourI have conceal carry, instead of putting my Glock in a large safe I keep this one beside my bed. Its quiet, easy, fast access. I appreciate the ease of opening and locking. If Im not wearing, I want the firearm secured. Small enough I can put it in my duffel bag for weekend trips. When flying to Florida I put it in my check-in bag as it meets TSA requirements. Great little safe at a reasonable cost. Ive recommended to several friends and all are happy with it.
