Nice screen and seems to be reliable so far. I would recommend this laptop.

I was expecting a smaller device but this acer exceeded my expectations. I need to purchase a mouse to go with it.

So this is a pretty decent budget laptop! Runs pretty fast and gets the job done. My BIGGEST complaints are the wireless card and the ethernet port. They are both pretty bad. The wireless card is weak. The ethernet port is designed with a lip that doesnt securely hold the ethernet piece in and so any movement and youll be knocked offline.

I got this laptop for working from home (mainly using zoom/email/browsing). I planned to upgrade the memory since so many reviewers said that was an easy upgrade; however I havent noticed any performance issues for what I use this laptop for, so Im still using it as-is 6 months later. No complaints whatsoever. I am able to have multiple browser windows open while screencasting and recording on Zoom. Since I dont use this laptop for gaming or running heavy programs, I cant comment on that... but if you need a laptop for basic, daily computing, this really cant be beat.

Acer should not use the MediaTek Wifi card, its driver has issue very often.

When its actually working its great. But at least once a day when using it crashes and then has to restart.

Product arrived with a defective USB port. Took a week to get a label to return it and had to provide my own boxes and had to pay to insure it out of my pocket. Mind you, a brand-new product and I had to provide the box and insurance. When I had warranty work done on my HP; they shipped me a box with padding in just a couple days and I downloaded a label immediately. This ACER and support are very disappointing. I dread to think how long I may have to wait to get it fixed and returned.

Tracking was great. Arrived just when it was supposed to. Product was as advertised. Pleased with my purchase.

I have been searching for a good quality laptop, and this is my first foray back into a windows laptop. First off, this thing is big, it had a beautiful 1080 HD screen, back-lit keyboard and just feels like a super solid build.
