Solid little laptop for the price. Has worked well for my kids for school and light gaming (minecraft and minecraft dungeons work great).

Does everything I need it to do....lightweight, great screen resolution, long battery life.

what can i say this is the best bang for your buck in my opinion .yeah theres not a lot of storage but at this price whatcha expect i mean come on right ? :) with what you saved you can upgrade to a larger HDD and could even upgrade the mem. and still have saved a bunch of money ..i added a 2TB HDD to this and it was simple as plugging in your lamp. thank you seller for this great buy!!!! OH also delivery was super fast and super well packed !

I am very impressed with this laptop. It ticks almost all the boxes for what I was looking for. Well laid out keyboard, the keys are spaced apart nicely, which is perfect for those of us with larger hands and tree trunk fingers. It looks like the very scrunched numeric keyboard was added as an after thought but works OK.

Product arrived with a defective USB port. Took a week to get a label to return it and had to provide my own boxes and had to pay to insure it out of my pocket. Mind you, a brand-new product and I had to provide the box and insurance. When I had warranty work done on my HP; they shipped me a box with padding in just a couple days and I downloaded a label immediately. This ACER and support are very disappointing. I dread to think how long I may have to wait to get it fixed and returned.

This is a nice light laptop that has enough Windows apps and settings. Glad it was delivered in a timely manner. However, I wish I could install Chrome like my older laptop. Also, some of the MSN news or other pages appear to load a lot slower than my older laptop.

Es buena para uso básico, Microsoft office, teams, zoom funcionan bien. La pantalla es de buena calidad. La batería tiene menor duración de lo esperado.
