All the laptops I had before were HPs and they were great. I never encountered any problem or took time to google for the fix. When COVID started, the company sent everyone home and I bought an Acer monitor to use with work laptop, and love it. And wanted to give Acer laptop a try. After read all these good reviews, I bought this one in Nov. After not even 2 months, I am having pixel problem on the screen, sparkling dots in different colors here and there, sometimes, it appeared as patches. But no issue when unplugged. Now I have to charge the laptop when not using it. Have not figured out what might be the issue. Do not feel ready to talk to Acer customer service as most likely I will get more upset. Looking at the number of good reviews, I feel I hit unlucky jackpot!

This is my 3rd Acer computer. My last one was starting to slow down (but it was 9 years old) so decided to get a new one.

I am just getting used to my new ACER. It is very fast. The larger screen is very nice with full HD .

So far I am very impressed with this laptop. I dont put it through a lot of stressful stuff like high quality gaming but the screen is sharp and clear and the laptop is speedy and responsive. As a relatively low cost option for work or school it seems like a great choice.

I really like the load times, screen quality, and basic functions on the keyboard. Its nice that it comes with windows 11 but itd be cool if there was an option for 10. I use this for school, so I have no idea if its good for gaming or not. You can have half a million tabs open and the laptop will run just fine, the fans are quiet too. Overall Id highly recommend this laptop to anyone

this computer couldnt handle streaming Netflix over discord to a couple of friends, the video itself got choppy, everyones mics started to cut in and out, and the computer was working way too slow

Es increible que el producto haya llegado usado ya que compre una nueva. Nosotros somos de Argentina y aprovechamos el viaje para comprar una notebook y ahora debo devolverla y volver a mi pais sin computadora porque no tengo tiempo!!!!!

I am Very please with the purchase the price with the upgrades come to around 600,easy to set up,does not come with bunch of software,it is simple and clean,works great, very light weight product is as described. i have 2 acers that are 12 yrs old,they were great,i also have lenovo G780 thats discontinued and to fix it would been more than new acer; so i replace 3 computers with one.i did not want to worry about lag or memory or freezing up. these are the upgrades i did, and boots up in 2 secs. i also bought a portable rechargeable mouse,i like it better than touch pad. also i bought a 2tb external drive to keep my personal info pictures,documents ext,computer recognized right away.
