Its disgusting that everything now is based on further purchases. Without spending more money, you cant so much as do your homework on with laptop... you have to purchase office... gah! I miss the old days

Been trying to install RAM but the clips dont push in all the way. The whole device goes in yet not read as additional ram.

Starts overheating the second I turn it on and has been doing that since I bought it. Programs don’t run half the time. Headphones won’t connect half the time. I use it as little as possible. Worst laptop I’ve ever used, and I’m counting the cheap Thinkpad I use for work.

Amazing laptop. Dont usually leave product reviews, but for the price, this laptop is everything I wanted it to be.

It took me a while to find a decent computer for my home needs. I like the lightweight of this computer, the small number keypad to the side and the efficiency of the computer. Im not a regular home pc user but when I need to do something, it takes seconds on this computer. I would highly recommend. Im not a gamer nor do I watch movies and stuff, but for surfing the internet, created docs, sheets and printing, I love this pc.

Tardé muchísimo en decidirme por esta laptop por los comentarios negativos, léanlos, pero miren más los positivos y el potencial que puede tener, por el precio que tiene hace lo que tiene que hacer. Si buscan una buena laptop a buen precio no busquen más.

I got this to replace my aging Acer, which could no longer be updated. It has most of the features that I had loved but not the combination of the backlit keyboard and touch screen (I had to give up the touch screen). Its more sleek than the previous model but doesnt seem as sturdy. The screen seems unstable/flexible when opening it such that I feel like if I pulled up on only one corner, I could crack it (at the hinges or the screen itself).

S mode makes it impossible to my email and most apps I have used forever. Disabling it affects security and performance according to Microsoft. It seems more of a ploy for Microsoft to monopolize on my purchases. Otherwise the laptop is great
