Im far from a computer expert. I bought this computer for work because my job requires me to use a couple of different specific software programs. I needed a computer with a lot of storage, a fairly large screen, a numerical keypad, and most importantly, a cheap price tag. This computer has all of those things.

I have had this same laptop (although in Windows 10) and Ive loved its ease of use. However, after spilling hot tea on it, it was fried.. So, I a ordered a new one (but with Windows 11).

Works great for my needs. Super fast shipping, well packaged and working great.

The screen quality is really good. I dont use my machine for gaming so I wont know. But I like the back light on the keyboard. I havent used it on battery yet

Crashed after only 6 months. Nothing working to bring it back. Bought this for my son. Laggy for playing Minecraft and Roblox. Ok for Terraria but now it will not boot up at all. Caught in endless repair loop.

Gets hot immediately. Fan does not change speeds with fn f like ad. Dragging files stops working and locks up the whole computer. I had to reboot many times just to move my files around the first day: nothing else was running. It used all the memory for a minute after I moved a large file and froze if I tried to do anything else….while literally everything was off and the file was fully moved.

Chose for backlit keys, fingerprint reader, HD graphics, Windows 11, fast, open ram slot, light weight, PRICE! Amazon had this new for $319.99 around Christmas. General home use. Not a gamer, so no idea there.

Bought the laptop for editing and college with the knowledge Id be buying more ram (the laptop has enough ram for everyday use but not enough for gaming, editing, big ticket stuff). Im in my last year of college, but my current laptop is very much showing its age and not fit for editing. This laptop, however, is amazing! The video quality is phenomenal, the battery life is AMAZING, and Im a bit of an audiophile when it comes to keyboard sounds, so I LOVE the sound of this keyboard! If youre going to use this for college, home life, or simple everyday use, the 4GB it comes with will be totally fine for you and you will love this laptop just like I do. But honestly? Even if you need to upgrade to more ram, because youre going to be downloading big files, editing, or something else? Compatible sticks arent expensive and it was easy. I cant say enough good things about this beautiful piece of tech.

whoever designed this laptop is an idiot when it came to picking where to put the speakers. they are under the laptop!!!! so they are always muted unless you prop it up with something. so, if you plan on watching anything with sound, youre going to want another source for the sound.
