I needed a basic laptop just for web browsing and for work to use Microsoft Office such as Word and Excel. This laptop works perfectly for what I need it for. For the price, this is a really great laptop. The size is good, not too big or small, and it is pretty slim, so it fits with no issues into all of my bags. The screen resolution is good, but I am not using this for gaming or photo editing, so my bar isnt too high, but it works well for streaming. The keyboard van be backlit, which is very helpful in the evenings and the keys are responsive and a good size. The speakers sound good and have a good sound range, and I have had multiple successful Zoom meetings with this computer, so the camera and microphone function well. The battery life is similar to my previous laptops. Overall, this is a perfect laptop for streaming, web browsing, etc. and would be perfect for anyone who needs a simple and basic laptop.

whoever designed this laptop is an idiot when it came to picking where to put the speakers. they are under the laptop!!!! so they are always muted unless you prop it up with something. so, if you plan on watching anything with sound, youre going to want another source for the sound.

Bought this 3 months ago and tonight i have all these lines down the middle of page and across the bottom!500$ for junk!Glad i have a newer chrombook to use while this junk is being repaired.Wont buy a acer ever again....Also i bought extended warranty cant use for a yr tho but suggest everyone get one when buying electronics.

I bought this for work and school. It is great to use. The key board is easy to touch and letters type quick. It is very useful and suit my needs.

Tenía miedo al comprar una computadora online, finalmente lo hizo y tengo para decir que estoy encantada con mi pc, es súper rápida, vino rápidamente y con todo nuevo, ni un rasguño. La recomiendo 100% es una pc muy linda, en mi caso solo la uso para cosas básicas así que no tengo idea de cómo es para videos juegos u otras funciones. Espero y le sea de ayuda.

The track pad is off centered and its kindof hard to use. The computer is pretty fast and gets the job done.

This is the third Acer we’ve owned and everyone has been total quality. Laptops and tablet have been very fast response and no issues. After my experience with Dell pleased as Acer is a quality manufacturing company.
