All I needed was a simple laptop that could do the basics- access the web, watch some videos, do some simple office work. This fills the bill and doesnt break the bank. Run a windows debloater program to get rid of all the windows junk, and have a good time. Battery life seems to be fine, but it is new.

I thought I had found a great deal. The back was not installed properly. There was a pen pushed out the wrong way which caused a gap. The quality was just not there. If they would send it like this, what else was wrong. I didnt even turn it on. Too much money to keep a reject. In the process of getting a refund. Already on the way back. Very disappointing.

I am Very please with the purchase the price with the upgrades come to around 600,easy to set up,does not come with bunch of software,it is simple and clean,works great, very light weight product is as described. i have 2 acers that are 12 yrs old,they were great,i also have lenovo G780 thats discontinued and to fix it would been more than new acer; so i replace 3 computers with one.i did not want to worry about lag or memory or freezing up. these are the upgrades i did, and boots up in 2 secs. i also bought a portable rechargeable mouse,i like it better than touch pad. also i bought a 2tb external drive to keep my personal info pictures,documents ext,computer recognized right away.

Great laptop! Only downside is theres no indicator from we capslock is on, which can be a pain when its accidentally toggled when typing in passwords, etc. Other than that, love it!

Booted up fine went through updates and loaded a pdf scanner and loaded documents in short time. My old computer quit in time for tax’s but this is a much better computer and looking forward to years of use.

I bought this Acer to replace one I have had for over 2 years. This acer worked for 3 weeks. While doing a prompted update, my Acer got a blue screen. I cannot do a factory reset or anything else to correct the error. Good luck if you purchase this model.

Excellent product!

2nd time doing this. Had a computer person fix but now doing same thing. It won’t let me reset. It can’t auto repair it doesn’t do anything but keep popping this on screen. I have only used it a handful of times. A lot of money for nothing to work. I can’t access anything

This is a nice light laptop that has enough Windows apps and settings. Glad it was delivered in a timely manner. However, I wish I could install Chrome like my older laptop. Also, some of the MSN news or other pages appear to load a lot slower than my older laptop.
