I bought this Acer to replace one I have had for over 2 years. This acer worked for 3 weeks. While doing a prompted update, my Acer got a blue screen. I cannot do a factory reset or anything else to correct the error. Good luck if you purchase this model.

I’ve had a bunch of computers that I’ve went thru and this has to be my favorite of all time! It’s super fast and the graphics are pretty awesome! The price is really good for this computer!

Let me shake off the review cobwebs for this because i am disappointed. Its the small stuff that becomes annoying after a while. A good basic laptop but the reasons why i am returning them is as follows.

Only after a month the trackpad has already stopped working. Waste of money.

The computer locks up. I dont know why. Sometimes I have to shut it down and start it back up. I should have returned it right away!

This is my second Acer and I love it. It’s very fast and easy to upgrade. I wouldn’t buy a laptop without illuminated keyboard and at least a Full HD screen any more . It’s a must-have these days and this laptop has it all. It’s coming without all the pre- installed bloatware like Norton Antivirus or McAfee. Excellent value. I saw some negative comments about Windows S being a trap or worse and there is only one thing for you to know: anyone who is willing to spend 10 seconds to search the internet for information on how to switch your Windows S version to a normal Windows version will see that there is free App in the Microsoft Store that does that with a few clicks.
