> 3 dayI got this laptop for working from home (mainly using zoom/email/browsing). I planned to upgrade the memory since so many reviewers said that was an easy upgrade; however I havent noticed any performance issues for what I use this laptop for, so Im still using it as-is 6 months later. No complaints whatsoever. I am able to have multiple browser windows open while screencasting and recording on Zoom. Since I dont use this laptop for gaming or running heavy programs, I cant comment on that... but if you need a laptop for basic, daily computing, this really cant be beat.

> 3 dayI was excited to get this laptop but cant use it (unless I buy a security key and learn how to use that). It would not let me set up a Microsoft account yet requires that I do so to use it. This would not accept my e-mail address for setting up an account. I was told it would give me a code if I used my phone number to set up an account. I used my phone number and was told a code had been sent. Since my phone is a landline I assume being sent meant by text since I did not get a call with my code. I am obviously not tech savvy and what I wanted was a simple, easy-to-use laptop. I did not get that.

> 3 dayI enjoy it and itll do for school and work but the screen is wrong. The colors are off but I dont know how to fix them. I went into screen calibrations and played with all sorts of settings to try and correct it. I even used my old laptop to compare, but nothing is fixing it. Its so weird that I dont think I can ever use this laptop for watching shows or playing games. Luckily my old laptop isnt dead yet so I will keep that around for games and shows. And the old laptop is an Acer Aspire E 15 so clearly Acer knows how to do it right but something with this screen is just wrong.

> 3 dayI ordered this on the first day of prime day and there was a system error that wouldnt allow it to set it up. So I had to order it again! I couldnt get an exchange. I was nervous but I got it set up. I havent had it long enough to comment on battery life. I was disappointed I couldnt exchange it. It was probably due to prime day, however its a computer and exchanges should be allowed if its not working. I could have provided proof. So now I have to wait for a refund. I think about other people who cant afford to buy 2 computers and missed out on the prime deals over defective products. I was lucky to be in position to buy it again. Its not the norm for me. Amazon with all their money should think about their customers more. People are trying to get computers for their kids for school and theres inflation and people are counting on working products on prime days
