Greater than one weekAs soon as I received it, I charged it and upon its INITIAL set-up, I found it had to have been pre-owned.

> 3 dayWhat I like about this Laptop is it does the things that my sister and her family needs it to do. Its fast, has an alright processor, SSD and it is a cheap laptop for the money. You can get out of Windows S mode if you want to, its not hard.

> 3 dayIm not terribly techy, but I do use this laptop all day everyday for work and play. Its fast, and was easy to set up. The sound quality is much better than my old Acer Aspire 5 (I liked it enough to get a new one). The old one had very low sound unless one used headphones/earbuds, but this one is much louder and the quality is better. I am a Realtor and always have at least 5 tabs open in Chrome (right now I have 9). Screen quality could be clearer but Ill take it. I dont game so I have no opinion on that. Its a bit on the heavy side but thats also okay with me. No touch screen (thats also okay with me as I am a keyboard person). If you want a good little workhorse this is a great buy.

Greater than one weekwhoever designed this laptop is an idiot when it came to picking where to put the speakers. they are under the laptop!!!! so they are always muted unless you prop it up with something. so, if you plan on watching anything with sound, youre going to want another source for the sound.

> 3 dayI use this to keep work and personal stuff separated. Its decent enough, but feels a little flimsy.

> 3 dayI was excited to get this laptop but cant use it (unless I buy a security key and learn how to use that). It would not let me set up a Microsoft account yet requires that I do so to use it. This would not accept my e-mail address for setting up an account. I was told it would give me a code if I used my phone number to set up an account. I used my phone number and was told a code had been sent. Since my phone is a landline I assume being sent meant by text since I did not get a call with my code. I am obviously not tech savvy and what I wanted was a simple, easy-to-use laptop. I did not get that.
