I used an Acer laptop all during college and for years after. So when I needed a new computer I instantly wanted to go back to the Acer brand. From day 1 this laptop was awful quality. It keeps restarting randomly and I lost important work and got disconnected from several Zoom meetings.

Nice machine. I run BOINC scientific volunteer projects. Search and join the fun.

Product arrived with a defective USB port. Took a week to get a label to return it and had to provide my own boxes and had to pay to insure it out of my pocket. Mind you, a brand-new product and I had to provide the box and insurance. When I had warranty work done on my HP; they shipped me a box with padding in just a couple days and I downloaded a label immediately. This ACER and support are very disappointing. I dread to think how long I may have to wait to get it fixed and returned.

This laptop is awesome. Dont bother buying an expensive laptop unless you are a hardcore gamer or something. This thing is lightening fast and works perfectly.

I added 4 gb of ram and it is used mostly for web browsing and email. It is nice laptop for the money.

I’ve never written a review unprompted on Amazon but the battery life on this thing is tremendous! It goes into battery saver move when you close the laptop and I’m on my 3rd day of using it for a few hrs each day and still there’s about 30% battery left! I use for work and personal - big screen and a slight bit heavier than the average laptop nowadays but I like that the screen is larger. No MS Office included so that is a negative but this is true for all laptops now. What a great value!

For a basic machine does everything I need it to do.

Excellent computer. I havent updated it, but it works very well with the basic configuration so far.

i added 16gb ram ($50) + the 4gbs in it came up to 20gb ram and backed up windows 11 to a usb them change the ssd card to 1tb ($60), works great!!! i love it!!
