Randomly shuts itself off, whether plugged in or not. Has cause me to lose unsaved work several times already and Ive had it maybe a week.

Ryzen 3 speed is fine for browsing and light duty tasks. so far ok. Quality of screen and build quality is good. Would buy again. *Upgraders:* only 1 open sodimm slot avail * Comes with HDD tray which is nice.

Its a piece of trash,do not buy. It stop working on me after 6 months.They are scamming people and should be investigated.

Horrible Slow out of the box . Simple things like running You tube from Microsoft store won’t work . As many users say Windows 10 S is horribly constricting and most apps do not run well.

Fire the marketing guy that decided the sticker here was worth new customers spending the first 20 minutes with your product scraping glue off their new laptop.

Acer are doing themselves a disservice by selling a Windows 11 machine with only 4 gigs of memory and loading it with adware. Thanks to the onboard graphics chip only 3.4 gigs are available for Windows and programs. With this limited amount of memory available the laptop performs horribly, stuttering and jittering on the desktop with nothing else running. I had to disable all desktop animations to stop it from looking like it had a seizure. Acer then compounds this by adding their own adware (half-screen Norton pop-ups) in addition to Microsofts constant badgering to use Edge, Teams and Office. I added an additional 4 gigs and performance improved quite a bit but make no mistake: this is not a powerhouse.

Computer came with s mode basically means worthless.
