After 8 months will no longer charge.

Easy to use, screen size just right, keys respond well. Miss the touch screen feature but would still recommend as I believe I have gotten a great product at a reasonable price. Perfect for what I need to do on the computer.

Not sure about battery life, as I just purchased. Screen resolution seems good. Like that it is thin and lightweight. I am only using for web browsing, so not sure how it would be for gaming.

after a month of using this laptop and was initially satisfied, i received the blue screen of death. ive tried running the recovery and diagnostics to figure out what was the issue. being inclined on computers i tested everything and even tried reinstalling windows. still, i continued to get the BSOD. eventually i found out that either the gpu or psu was going out. i guess you get what you paid for.

I have had this laptop for less than a month, using it for college. I am taking an introductory multimedia editing course, so this laptop, ideally, would be used for Premier Pro. Unfortunately, the machine just cannot handle even scrolling through a single video file without the entire system hitching. When this happens, Premier Pro just stops playing audio through headphone jack earbuds, USB-C earbuds, and a new set of Samsung Galaxy Buds2s. Attempting to trouble shoot this issue by cycling through the various audio outputs does not resolve the hitching and loss of audio. Audio issues have also occurred even while playing video on YouTube.

I bought this notebook on the 6th of July. I have been using every day. I never owned a notebook, so wasnt sure what to expect. Do not hesitate to buy this product. I am very impressed w the price tag and performance. The screen quality is excellent. Very sturdy and reliable. Very happy w this purchase.
